The silver medal is not required to have the mottos. Only coins have that requirement, unless specific legislation dictates otherwise.
I haven't been following the gold's specific design elements or authorizing legislation, but I don't expect that the mint will "forget" any mandated features.

I posted a forum article on this just now. Many people saw this in the morning when the mint updated their site. The images are still live on the backend. To clarify: we do not know if they are actually releasing these coins, but the images are 100% real.

If they strike a privy mark in the gold I would imagine it would be limited to 230 of the 17,500 total. If bulk purchasers take 2,500 there will likely be 220 privies in their "special batch"!
inside the process of artistic creation of the designs, the inclusion of the required mottos were said to take away space for the art. medals have no requirement for the mottos.

The original has no motto or IGWT, coin facts says the edge has 100 cents or 1 unit. Keeping with the original I guess.
