Bills are running on all cylinders. Both sides, special teams (rarely needed). It's very tough to win it all, and this is the year, if any, that the Bills are in charge of their own destiny. The way it looks, no one will be able to stop them but themselves. Now it all comes down to managing injuries, expectations, and the ups and and downs.
In Dallas it looks like Rush hour is over. I know, from watching him the last couple of years, that Cooper Rush is not that good. But I actually thought that the Cowboys would have a chance tonight. But I think I was actually just a bit blinded by the idea of the Eagles starting 6-0
Of course the Panthers lost today, we're 1-5 now, another season down the drain. Booger Mayfield didn't play today, but I blame him anyway. Yes, Booger Mayfield strikes again.
Patriots looking fantastic the last two weeks. Fun to watch a young QB start to develop. A couple of more weeks like this and we will have a QB controversy brewing!!
Tampa fooled around and lost to the Steelers yesterday. what a junk performance. played like crap. absolutely no red zone offense. I think they had it on the 1, 3 and 17 and didnt score TD any of those times.

The real controversy will come if Mac fails to flourish after two starts. I honestly expect Mac to come back and look good.

They brought up the game feeling like Brady Manning. It felt like that to me too, and even better, because I have no dog in the fight.
This is probably the closest matchup in football that could be comparable, now the NFL just has to find a way to schedule a meeting between these two each year for the next decade plus.

I think if he can come back and reduce the turnovers he'll win back fans in no time. Zappe has had a TO in each game but they really didn't factor into the final outcome.

You know, I'm actually starting to enjoy the clownshow, if we're going to suck it might as well be entertaining. I can't wait to see what they do this week to embarrass themselves!
Looks like Herbert is pretty average when dealing with a formidable pass rush like Denver possesses.
The Herbert Hubris may be on the decline with a few more performances like that one.
He has to find ways to avoid the rush and get the ball downfield before he is one of the elite QB's.

He’s not reading the one on ones or the blitzes. Maybe he’ll get better at it. Takes some time to see the field and for the game to slow down. Josh Allen reading the blitz for the right side and signaling to his rookie on that side for a hot route was a perfect example. Resulted in a 13 yard reception.
That’s really the difference between physical talent only and elite QB’s.

Yes, the Panthers are cleaning house. I'm going to miss Christian McCaffrey, but I'm happy to see him going to a team that can compete, if he can stay healthy then he will be a valuable addition to the 49ers, with Deebo and Kittle, McCaffrey was just being wasted here in Carolina anyway, stuck in a garbage offense.
Some early morning NFL thoughts.
Browns @ Ravens
It’s only October but this is a season changer for the 2-4 Browns. With the fiasco collapse against the Jets ( Yes Chubb shouldn’t have score. Don’t believe all the talking heads or fantasy owners) and the total collapse last week they cannot go 2-5.
Next 4 games before Watson returns
Bengals
Dolphins
Bills
Bucs
Their season is basically over and could be 2-9. Week 7, a must win? You tell me?
The Ravens have lead all 6 games going into the 4th quarter and have given up leads of 21, 17 and 10. No lead has been safe and if they don’t win this and 3-4 after a chance to be 6-0? Now their situation is far less dire as they play an easier schedule the next 4 weeks but confident is a factor
W.C.Fields "I spent 50% of my money on alcohol, women, and gambling. The other half I wasted.
i was shocked that the Rams didn't go after McCaffrey. only the Bucs rush for fewer yards per game on average. and not only did LA not get him, but they then allowed a division rival to snatch him up.

The compensation seems ok. SF has a plethora of mid round picks and didn't have to give up a first. McCaffrey didn't miss time his first few seasons and is currently healthy. Might be the spark that SF needs and put them back in the hunt.
Big trades or free agent signing that have early season returns.
Von Miller. 6 sacks and a huge influence on the young DL and everyone in the locker room. Buffalo has limited his snaps, 56% of defensive plays to keep him fresh for now and for the playoffs. Big sacks in the spotlight 2 vs the Rams, 2 vs KC, huge one to get the ball back to Allen for the game winning drive and a hurry on Mahomes game ending INT. Is he the piece to take them over the hump?
Tyrek Hill. 701 yards leads the league and how many more with a healthy Tua to the point. Huge price tag but paying off.
Davante Adams. 5 TD and leads the 1-4 Raiders in receiving yards. Did I really say 1-4 Raiders? Who would’ve thought.
Please add the trades, signing that haven’t panned out so far BESIDES Russell Wilson. Lol

That would be awesome if my Panthers could beat Brady and the Bucs, that will make my month. It's 14-3 Panthers lead in the 4th quarter. Oh my goodness, this is too much, I can't take this.
The Bucks are as flat as a crepe. At this point the Bucks could not beat the worst Ivy League team.
The Bucks just gave up roughing the kicker for a first down.
It’s 21-3, Double D. It’s in the bag.
But don’t get excited. This Tampa Bay team could easily run the table and go 3-15.

Dallas has an extremely good defense which actually underperformed today, in my opinion. That despite all of the takeaways and holding Detroit to 6. The Lions were moving the ball and appeared to be the victims of the refs in a few critical moments. I will say it again, Dak is just not an accurate passer. This is what is holding him back.
Mahomes goes off for 421 yards and 3 TD's against the niners.
It was great to see the newcomers Ju Ju and MVS both get over 100 yards receiving.
It looks like their chemistry with Mahomes is getting better and better.
And the speedster Mecole Hardman with 3 TD's.
The Chiefs completely dismantle what was supposed to be the best Defense in the NFL.
Living in Cowboys country, there has been no escaping the enthusias surrounding Dak's return.
