I see eBay sales of D and S mint marks opened in hand are down into the $125-130 range. Still not seeing first strike dates on the PCGS site which is a bit unusual at this point.
Upon delivery, an adult who is 21 years of age or older must provide a driver's license, passport, or other government-issued photo identification that lists age or date of birth and provide a signature for receipt of the mailpiece.
I did not pay attention to the mint signature requirement.
The mint only asks for adult signature for expensive orders, right?
With regards to the Morgans and Peace, I don't have any clue about signature requirements since only shipping label has been generated so far and the mint is yet to even get the packages with the coins sent to UPS/USPS.
May be someone who recd. them can answer better.

I must have gotten really lucky with my call. I called the mint on Tuesday, October 19 at 3:08 PM, got put on hold for a few minutes, spoke with a customer support representative to update credit card information for an order, and completed everything by 3:24 PM.
So, between waiting on hold, speaking with the CSR explaining my problem, updating the credit card information when I got transferred to the billing system, and following up with the CSR to complete the credit card update, the call lasted 16 minutes.
I even spent a few minutes asking the CSR how things were going with the Morgan dollars and she indicated that the mint was just inundated with calls from customers having credit card problems: cards lost, stolen, expired, etc.

I picked up my D and S coins yesterday. I sat down and peeked though the half dozen coins and noticed one had a lengthy scratch across the face and on the neck. O, CC , and peace / P have shipped as well, so that’s good.

I truly hope that they are able to get you the coins that you ordered.
The quality of these seems to be a real problem. I suspect this is why so many are being sold for lower prices, as the advance coins shipped were sorted through and dumped when they did not get 70's. Notice that ALL advance coins in the pop report specified minimum grade 70, so we have no idea what the percentage of non-70's were, whether sent in or not.
With the number of funky coins ( I can not believe they sent the wrong coins. ). I think that the amount of questionable coins that the only way I will buy my replacement is certified. I sure wish the comedians would STOP posting peace dollars. It’s funny unless you have money in the game. 🤨

Got the email that my P and Peace dollars got shipped today. D and S order got shipped Sunday, post orifice hasn't gotten those yet. Might be a couple days before I see any actual movement.
If the spot/ding issue gets worse with more posts about it, I'm going to have to open my boxes when I get them and inspect them before sending them in for grading. I was thinking of leaving the boxes sealed.
Throw a coin enough times, and suppose one day it lands on its edge.
