Low pop Jr Rookie (Pop 12, none higher). Upgrade for my 1989 Star Master Set and 87-89 Rookie Showcase. These cards all seem to have blue streaking on them.

Surprise, surprise I did find some vinyl to add though.

This batch includes many artists/albums I hadn't heard of before. The Burton Cummings album is a slight upgrade to one I have. The Marshall Crenshaw although I know of him had never bought anything by him. Atlanta Rhythm Section I have a couple 45's but also never bought any of their albums. Total of 13 that prior to finding the listing I had never heard any of them in my 52 years. Not a stinker in the lot as good stuff on all of them in my honest opinion.

Condition was as stated by the seller being G+ to VG+ with nice sound. Covers have the most damage as the vinyl once cleaned up was mostly free of issues that would cause problems during play. The Charlie - Lines being the worst having sections of groove wear on side 2. Two versions of the cover exist with one having "coke" lines on the mirror and the more common without. Nominal difference in price between the two.

While typing this out currently listening to Gordon Giltrap - Fear Of The Dark album. Very enjoyable and something a little different that I would never have listened to growing up. UK release with great sound.

The Blue Rose for me is the key in this lot. Signed by David T Rose who passed away in 1994 at the age of 48.

It is a very interesting album and again something I would never have thought about in my younger years but more open-minded now. I still believe it's because of my butchering abilities on bass and guitar that have made me appreciate more and more artists/styles as I think you listen with different ears and desire to learn more.

feelings by morris albert man i did not think that anyone would still have that album. also the matthews album does it have the song shake it on it, i think that is the title of the song he had in the mid seventies.

The Morris Albert is one I had never heard of. I gave it a grade of VG. Has some scuffs but plays okay with some occasional noise here and there. Should sound better once I properly clean it. It's not something I'll play often but there are a few tracks on it that I like.

Ian Matthews - Shake It was on the album Stealin' Home from 1978. And because I just looked that up I absolutely remember hearing this one on the radio so many years ago.

I gave this one also a VG grade (many others would give it VG+). It's in the upper range of the grade with great sound but some occasional noise. Some light scuffs. Did just run a brush on it and it pulled a lot of crap off it so a good cleaning will help.

A year for a simple reholder??

Just a few more from my recent sub. Oswalt and Hudson are very low Pops. Both guys on that fringe just outside of the HOF in my opinion.

Both better than several starting pitchers already in, and a lot better than some. Still, Oswalt got only 4 votes when he was up for election. Hudson is a little closer, but just barely qualified for next year's ballot. I think of those borderline players as those who hang around the ballot for a long time.

Example: Dwight Evans was a far better player than Don Mattingly, but Mattingly was far closer to making it to the Hall.

None of this has any bearing on what the various veterans committees will do.

dictoresno - how was the sub experience with CSG. Turnaround, grading consistency, communication, etc.

Every big game that Derrick Henry has makes me itchy to sub my small stack of Optic RCs and Prizms. Even if I don't get "PSA prices", they are too nice to sell raw.
