      Well......long story short.....I had two orders that they were going to combine shipping on. The first order popped, and then the 2nd order popped two months later. They didn't combine shipping. They sent the 2nd order by itself. So I said, go ahead and ship the first order back too then. They supplied me with a tracking number, but a week later, have not sent the package to the post office yet. I fear that they can't find the package because it was sitting around for so long on hold. Either the tracking number was created automatically, or something weird is going on. I hate to drag you into this mess, because so many chefs are already in the kitchen, but this is a group sub. I feel bad for my guys if this package is truly lost.

      It might even be longer than two months between the orders. Time kinda ceases to exist lately.

      Ok, if you can send me the order number then I will start contacting people in the morning and see what I can learn.

      Just a heads up, a David Steinberger contacted me. Thank you. I really hope this package gets found. I am dumbfounded that it was lost. I have never seen your facility, but I imagine it is difficult for something to get lost??

      My credit card was charged on March 23 for $1062 if that helps. The order before grading was declared at a little over $5,000. Maybe it is in a room where you keep "hold" orders?? Jackie Curiel was the one who said it was OK to do that and it shouldn't be a problem. I thought you did things like that for customers all the time (even though I never have asked for anything like that before).

      Yes, I turned Dave onto your situation. He is the VP of Customer Experience and the best person to handle your case. He messaged me to tell me that he is looking into it, so I am sure he will get to the bottom of things. I hope everything works out well!

      Hopefully he can have success tracking this package down. I imagine your shipping and receiving department is huge.
