I apologize for the delay. Your order is still in line to be graded. Your cards are absolutely safe with us. Non-guaranteed service is currently trending at 11+ months and does not carry a deadline date or a firm turnaround time.
We are trying everything in our power to get to all orders as quickly and completed as accurately as possible. We will notify you once the cards are graded._
Thanks,

Yes, the 302 card order I was referring to is 65 days.
And depending on who you talk to, the 65 days may or may not include the time between receiving and logging. Logging time has gotten better, the grading time has gotten longer. Seems to have just evened out. That is for the bulk subs. Regular subs(20 days) seem to be popping early, at least they have for me.

I agree, I've had regular $20 orders pop before the 20 day mark especially if not counting received vs logged.

Heck, my last 2 regular popped in 8 business days. Granted they were less than 10 cards each from 2018 so they probably took all of 3 minutes to grade, lol.

No one except you and that other guy think the estimated turnaround includes time to log. It quite clearly does not.

I would put a conservative number on the time I have called and talked to customer service the last 3 months at approx. 20. I can't say if it actually does or it doesn't. They have told me both ways. I'm just reporting the news, I don't make it. The original story was that they changed the turnaround times to include the time it took to log the subs in. Then, when the log in time got better, the time to grade got longer because of the amount of submissions and they needed that time so those turnaround times are still needed. I have sent 19 submissions to them this year and all but 2, so far, have popped within the approx. turn around timeframe. Again, I get different stories when I call in so I'm not suggesting this is set in stone.

They put in all caps and bold on every submission form.
Nobody is disputing that or that some of them tell you that is the case. The website also says you have to put a sticker on each and every card saver with the sub# and line number and I don't think many do that. I know they aren't sending back those submissions. Again, just reporting what I'm told.
How do you think I feel??? I'm just telling you my experience and you are reading some black and white without having called them. I think we should agree to disagree, or agree or wherever we stand and leave it at that.
I’m not sure why you think I haven’t had my fair share of interactions with their staff.
You’ve implied before that you submit a lot. I could put up my numbers, but it’s kind of silly. Let’s just say you’re not more experienced than myself or many others here.
I know that an entry level CS person may have told you this. That doesn’t make it true. In fact, all evidence is to the contrary: their written policy, statements of those higher up, actual results.
You shouldn’t just “report what you hear” without thinking it through. That’s how misinformation spreads. Use your brain.
I can sit here and tell you what the written policy is, we all can, that's not in dispute. I have not once said it doesn't say that. I am just saying what I and others have been told. At the end of the day, what any of us have experienced or heard makes zero difference. Personally, I don't care what the policy reads or what I'm told, it doesn't change how quickly you, I or anyone else gets their cards back. Best of luck to you.
It only matters because people already get frustrated that their cards aren’t returned in a timely manner, but get more upset when they think they clock was running during all of the logging time. Better to be accurate, so expectations are closer to what is realistic.
This isn’t just about the written policy—though that is a smoking gun, because why else would they go to all that trouble and make it the only bold/caps item in all of their instructions if it wasn’t for a reason—it’s about the combination of facts making one opinion clearly right and one opinion clearly wrong.
Like I said, you can say you’ve been told that, but if you don’t also say “though that is almost certainly not correct”, you’re either ignorant or actively doing others a disservice.
101 card bulk sub logged 6/15 popped today. I still have a 105 card bulk sub that was logged on 5/29 processing. Also had another bulk and small regular sub received on 7/6 logged today.
