My one card 10 day submission was received on 3-5 and was logged on 3-29. On the Web site it says 30 business days for a 10 day sub, so does that mean my card should POP around April 13th? It looks like they are counting when they original receive the card now.
SIGH = In house at PSA 2/28- trace #9405509699939736608078
I'm to wait until Tues when they'll get involved looking for the box
I'm on Business Day 27 of waiting for loggage
The one I properly marked "1-30 business day" to indicate ONE 30 business day sub
ON ALL FOUR SIDES OF THE BOX
It said " 1-30 day 1-50 day" = again- all 4 sides
On the bright side- logged my March 19th CC renewal and 30 day crossover sub April 5th
February special- 50 Day. Sent in 30 '52 Topps cards that were received 3/24 and already graded and shipped 4/4. Should arrive at my house tomorrow. I'm not a big submitter but have had 535 cards graded over the years and have always had quick, fast service. Not sure if living on the West coast is a benefit. Good luck with your submissions. Doug
Still waiting on my 15 card 10 day submission received 2/28, logged 3/21.
Can anyone tell me if having the first graded cards on a submission where you have to enter the card details since it's not in the database dropdown list will cause an additional delay in processing time? 3 out of my 15 cards are in this category so just curious if I should expect longer wait times than I otherwise would?

A two card 10-day was logged today. It was included in the box with a 50 card bulk. The package was received on 3-6-18 and logged today 3-30-18. The 50 card bulk has yet to be logged. I spoke to representative today about the change of turnaround time. He explained that the new turnaround times stated on the website are the totality from recieved to poppage. So the new 65 working days bulk turnaround time is from the time it is received to the time it should pop.
So this was my question;** received**; per usps tracking or when they enter into system?
Turnaround times start when the item is logged. That is why PSA includes this in bold on every sub form, directly above where you sign:
"TURNAROUND TIME DOES NOT BEGIN UNTIL ORDER HAS BEEN ENTERED INTO THE GRADING SYSTEM."
"TURNAROUND TIME DOES NOT BEGIN UNTIL ORDER HAS BEEN ENTERED INTO THE GRADING SYSTEM."
I thought someone recently talked to customer service and they indicated that the turnaround times were now including the time to receive/log the submission. I can't find it on this thread, might be on another. I can say, from my own recent experience, they are meeting/exceeding the turnaround times on bulk with the log in time included.

I think this was the post changing the turnaround...
I just got off the phone with PSA again. He stated that the reason for the added days, to the turnaround times, is to make the waiting time more realistic. It is from the date of package acceptance and not loggage date that the turnaround time starts. For instance, current 65 day might take 45 days from loggage. The extra 20 days are allotted for the time it takes to log into the system. If you have any other proof otherwise I would be glad to hear it. BTW, you still put the old turnaround times on your package. If a 65 business day turnaround takes 20 business days to log then there are 45 business days left to pop. Make sense?

With the current wait times to log, that new policy would decrease their overall turnaround times. Not happening. Believe what you want to believe. But it’s just not true.

Loggage has been slow since the beginning of the year but the numbers don't lie. You can assume that these all took at least 3 weeks to a month to log and you can see the received date vs the completed/shipped dates.

Well with all this talk about time to pop, I submit poppage today! Fits right in the time frame of 30 business days. Received on 3-6-18, logged on 3-30-18 and popped today. It was only a 2 card submission that went with a 50 card that still has not popped.

26 business days to be exact from acceptance to poppage. We will have to wait and see on the 50 card submission. Proof is in the pudding.

No, the factual question of when estimated turnaround times begins does not depend upon the sample 7 subs from Christoff and Promethius. facepalm
If you do some research on this thread most fall in the above mentioned time frame. There is one above us on this page. Fmclaug11 falls in the 30 day CC sub timeframe.
well it had been a few years that i let my membership expire. i renewed again and sent in my renewals and a few other small subs as well. package received on 3/5. still not logged in. this is the first time that i had not written the fastest service time on the outside of the box and was figuring thats why its taking log. but now reading through these posts it seems like that might not be the sole reason its taking so long.
while they say that wait times start after log in....this is insane. i had never had to wait more than a week for a sub to log in previously. so there is a good chance that some one would need to send in an order in October or November to meet the registry award deadline for adding new cards to a set composition. they need to hire more people it seems. which also means so much for the old days of decent bulk sub pricing. i am on the verge to not getting more cards graded anymore for my Favre master set. if i have to pay up to 6Xs the value of a common card just to be in the registry it doesn't make sense.

Autograph Standard Auth (20 day at time of submission): received 3/26, logged 3/30, results and shipped out 4/11
