We continue to process orders for the ATB program. Unfortunately, many people attempted to circumvent the 1 set per household policy. This has slowed down our review and compliance process because we must check all possible permutations of name, address, etc. However, we remain dedicated to distributing the coins as broadly and as quickly as possible. We will not cash checks unless the corresponding order is accepted. We will send individual emails confirming a) receipt of orders, b) acceptance of orders and c) shipment of orders. Regarding packaging, the coins have been a) carefully removed from the original mint boxes and tubes (we use soft gloves and non-abrasive surfaces), b) individually placed in small bubble-wrap envelopes, c) the set placed in a fiberboard envelope, and d) the envelope sealed in a FedEx Bubble Pak. We expect to begin shipping via FedEx Express Saver service in the first half of February.
We thank you for your business and patience. FideliTrade Incorporated >>

I bet they deny sets to people found violating the limit!! Good for Fidelitrade!
<< <i>I knew that I wouldn't be home to sign for my A-Mark package so I went on Fedex's web site and saw an option to redirect the shipment to one of their locations. I selected that option and had it sent to a location near my office so I can pick them up after work. The Fedex location actually called me to let me know that the package arrived and that they would hold it there for up to 5 days.
I think I got good service from Fedex! >>
You're lucky then. Fedex has had in within 20 miles of me since late Friday. It went nowhere this weekend, then this morning, it went to my local Fedex office before 8am. Just before 9am, status changed to "Not due for delivery". I called them to see aobut driving there to pick it up and they said "no. It's locked up and will be attempted for delivery tomorrow". They wouldn't budge about me driving the 8 miles to pick it up (and save them a trip or 3).
Fedex just went WAY LOW in my view of them. That's very poor customer service.

I bet many of the flippers on Ebay selling A-Mark coins do not even know they are selling possible 68s or 69s that could bring big money.
Makes you wonder if you should buy up the $2,000 Ebay A-Mark sets, grade them, pull out the 69s and sell the sets for $4,000-$5,000
Has anybody received their coins from A-mark without receiving a shipping notice? I'm in the early 2200's and saw that an 1800 was delivered. I haven't seen shipping notices posted in a while. Thanks.

Absolutely poor service! Same as mine. It arrived in Carlsbad (my local depot), also about 20 miles from me, on Friday morning and has been locked up since in "Not due for delivery" land. They wouldn't allow me to get it before Feb 1 no matter what I proposed. It seems that the behavior is local; that is, many of the Fed Ex offices did deliver the packages early as witnessed by the many on this board who received theirs in a day or two. Yet some offices refuse to deliver any earlier than the scheduled day...
I don't think a lot of the flippers are at all interested in grades. They got into it for easy money, and selling an unopened box is about as easy as it gets. I'm not talking about the folks here. I'm talking about the guys selling these in between their Hotwheels cars and Magic cards.
If the price crashes hard--like $1200 hard--than picking up unopened boxes is tempting.

5xx and no tracking number or shipment notification. Well, hope these are decent.
Still as has been pointed out these are, from A-MARK at the price not that much a markup above bullion. The 2011 designs look to have some promise. I like the Vicksburg and Glacier (?).
Love that Milled British (1830-1960) Well, just Love coins, period.
Glad people are seeing good coins from Amark. 3 of mine look great but two have big scratches or cuts on the reverse - they look pretty sad, really distracting to look at. Just my luck I guess.
