Never heard of Jerry Reuss? Really? He was around FOREVER (maybe even into the early 90s) and has done a good bit of TV work. One of the very, very few pitchers to win 200 games w/o ever having a 20 win season.
Either the Topps program is a setup or let me just say that this is the worst pull ever? All pulled from two Blaster boxes from Walmart and one Jumbo box at the only card shop, all in Lubbock, Texas during my visit to TTech last month with my daughter!*
These were my pulls in the order that I submitted the TMCG!

I am actually Larrin to LaGrow a dislike for the 2010 Topps coallation! I am actually thinking that when I travel to Atlanta in April, I have a pretty decent shot of some good cards!
* She is still going to Texas Tech, and I will frequent the card shop as he has some pretty cool stuff!
guess we need to buy a lot of redemtions and wait until we get a rash of 86-93 cards hitting. the trend seems to be that the worse the sets being released at the time, the bigger the occasional vintage hit will be. if you redeem while the 60s-70s cards are being given, chances are you will get commons from those, but HOFers from the 86-93 sets. i'm waiting for the opposite!! it's obvious that each card was NOT given its own number beforehand....

OH.....THAT JERRY REUSS!!! I looked up his stats....the card I unlocked is the 1980 and that was an excellent season for him. 18-6...2.51 era/10 Complete games/6 Shutouts and only allowed 74 runs in 37 games!!!! SWEET!!! He is my new favorite pitcher ever!!!
Fifty percent of my "unlocked" cards are 1980, 25% are 1979, 100% are not worth the postage it would take to get them in my hands. If one of the contests is "Who has the largest percentage of 1980 cards in his portfolio," maybe I'll win (a complete set of 1980).
Does anyone have any idea where the raw cards came from? Someone told me they came from Kit Young? Anybody confirm this? My concern is that all of the better redemptions that have been pulled with be cards in psa 2-5 condition. I redeemed a Carlton rookie, just a little leary about the condition that card is going to be in. I just hope all of the cards Topps is redeeming are not cards a large dealer couldn't sell in the condition they were in so they gave a great price to Topps to take all of their junk cards off their hands.

Yeah, I'm a bit unnerved by the centering on some of the "stock" photos. If they can't use great examples there, does that bode well for the redemptions?

MrG I have most likely never met you, but if your daughter goes to Texas Tech, you must be good people (at least by extention). Spent many an afternoon in that card shop back before Jay sold it and moved to Austin. I was there from Fall 2002 through December 2006. Mr. Faust the owner 2 before the current guy (his name still may be on the shop) used to accumulate massive amounts of cards in the 70s and 80s. There is certainly a ton of stuff there. Worth a stop if anyone here makes a journey to the Llano Estacado. Still on 50th at about Gary Street?

OK, Topps marketing geniuses again, I just blew $180 on more Topps packs.......this is getting addicting....3 70's cards and I've stopped...holding out until another 50's run....
<< <i>I should be getting my 12 box cereal case and 24 pack wax box tomorrow.....I be rippin!!!! any idea on how many redemptions I'll get out of that???? >>
You get one per cereal box and I believe they are 1:6 in wax packs.
I liked it better when Score Board did this with All Sport PPF and PPF Plus. They had a vintage card per box and there were 10 tickets that you got to be in a live drawing for the Wager, Jordan, Mantle, Gretzky, Ruth, Namath, Cobb and maybe Rey Ordonez haha. I remember opening a lot of this stuff. It was pretty cheap and I could sell most of the singles.
I am trying to keep most of the 2010 giveaway posts here, I will PM the other poster who had asked in case he didnt get this Re: card unavailable
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention, and for your interest in our new web-site ToppsMillion.com.

looking for Topps 71-72 hi's-62-53-54-55-59, I have these sets started
I bought 200 from him on Feb 16 for $1 a card, literally hours before they exploded on Ebay selling for $2.75-$3 a card. He shipped promptly and I received them on Saturday I believe. I have bought numerous things from him, including 2 days ago I purchased several Ranger team sets from 2010 Topps Opening Day and 2010 Topps Heritage and I've never had an issue with him. He's about 40 miles North of NYC. Isn't the NE having weather issues again? This possibly could be the reason for your delay.
