If this is an 1883 O where is the mint mark? LOL

Your quarter looks much better than MS64.

What grade do you think it is?

    GEM!
    MS65+ would be my assessment.

Think it's worth resubmitting to PCGS?

In my opinion, no. The hits to the right of the eagle and reed marks right of the shield max it out at 64 for me, maybe a plus if the luster is really good.

I think it is worth it.
Those hits described above are what keeps this from MS67 or MS66.
    GEM doesn't equate to flawless.

@braddick Your double struck Morgan dollar looks like a Chinese counterfeit. I guess they're now making mint error coins.

I’m sorry, but looks so FAKE! Really?

Came home from dinner last night & found an offer to buy this beauty in my inbox. I jumped on it - a nice rainbow/pastel toner with good luster & a ubiquitous bean. Thanks & a shoutout to the former Deplorable Dan, now Peak Rarities. Ironic fit, too - I buy a lot of toner IHC’s so this was an Indian of a different sort!

That’s a great coin! And I love the look of the incuse Indian gold in the rattler!

I would’ve jumped on that also!
