First, I did some research and found that the coin in purchased was likely a copy of a copy. I presented my research to the seller and he refunded my money. I do think the real version is a modern copy based on the fact that a coin dealer reproduced the coin in 1830s-1840s

Attended a coin show up in Nashua, NH and came across this nifty slab holder which has slanted slats for the labels to be clearly visible instead of having to lift them up to view. Got the last piece that was available since it quickly sold out (3 for $25 or $10 for one).
Holds twenty of most TPG slabs and dimensions are roughly:
13 & 1/4 inches long, 2 & 3/4 inches wide and 3 inches tall.
Kindly overlook any typos/formatting errors etc. since it is being posted from my cell phone.

Picked up my second 1877-S FS-801 DDR. Very difficult coin to locate. Much different than the case for FS-802, which is barely scarce. The AU Details one I will get slabbed reverse in front. It is the money side and the graffiti scratches in the obverse fields are better on the back.
Just arrived to complete my reverse proof ase collection. This is the biggie And ofcourse the most expensive 😁. Although after looking for over a year this was the first one I’ve seen at a very good price and quality.
