Picked up a new Gold Eagle - Beautiful in hand. Surface has a serious mirrored PL look but must have been on a long stagecoach ride. Bag marks probably reason for the MS62 grade. Also not sure how much I like the label because it places date, denomination, grade and serial number on reverse.

Needless to say, I am stoked, despite having gone over-budget for the entire year in the first week. Sharing the same name with the previous owner (no relation) is just icing on the cake!
Just feeding the addiction. I don't normally collect dimes, but I do love early date seated coinage nonetheless. PCGS XF45 "Partial Drapery". Really, no drapery, but a die polishing effect. I dig the funky colors on the Reverse.

Three latest editions. The 1904 V nickel is one of the cleanest I have ever seen for the grade (MS64) and if I didn't know better, I would guess it was a 65.
