I just purchased this today. I had been looking for a PSA 7 but could not find one that had decent centering. I am excited to find one that presents so well

think bbce sent me the wrong pack from the group break:

Lucky, I couldn't make out who was on top of my raw pack and pulled one of these ...

I'm guessing this means it was resealed?

Holy schnitzel Han Soto is that pack real? I did not know such a pack existed. T206 Wagner inside that pack?

Didn't make my Saturday trip this weekend but had to go today. Not a Beckett guy at all. This is the first and only BGS card I own. The deal was great and I can't see how I can go wrong!!

Picked this one up raw at the local flea market last month. Just got back from PSA this morning. Very pleased with the results.

Damn, I was at the same flea market and passed that over. Looked trimmed to me, would've bet anything they'd hit it with an EOT. Guess you get a pass on the rough-cut stuff. Still snagged this though, came back an 8 (was shooting for a 9). Might cross it to BGS and see what happens, idk.

Besides the BBCE package I had a few other things in the mail today.

Finally got a clean 71T wrapper.

Also picked up this 2019 GQ Mattingly SP no nameplate variation. Watching a few logo swap and bazooka variations so hopefully I can pick those up soon. Some serious manspreading going on there.

Also picked up a few boxes of 94T to bust open and work on my run of Topps complete sets.

    It's like Christmas over here.

  • Got this off Ebay. Wonder if it would grade out to a 6 or 7? Who knows.

A return to Mickey Charles for me with my first April pickup. I have always liked this but never owned it. Just one of those cool off the beat Mickey items that thanks to the Jumbo can now be graded. Im always after something that is priced right, looks to be in good shape and hits the eye well and much less concerned with the technical grade. This one (like many I have) may get to PSA one day.

1964 Rawlings Premium 8x10 Mickey Mantle

    Post Script

I would like to see PSA add the Jumbo to the online order form (it wasn’t an option on my last sub) and perhaps create a new tier (and price point) for it instead of two separate fees. I think the current price above Regular ($20/25 day) is Express ($75/8 day).

So maybe one between them (call it Regular Plus?) at, say, $50/15 days for ALL cards and then add the caveat that all Jumbo must be submitted to this level?

Just a thought. Why shouldn’t I try to make it easier for you to take my money?

Nothing fancy but I Opened a ‘88 vending box I had laying around because I was curious about the condition of the cards. Also a fan of vintage so some “modern vintage” T206 and A&G minis

One arrival. For those who don't remember Fulcher in college or the pros, dude was a legit on field monster.

    Such great stuff!

    This pales in comparison.

Every now and again, I'll pick up a WS press pin - especially Yanks and Dodgers.

    This one was 37 clams.

I was following the Braves back then. When the Braves took the opening 2 games in NY, I thought game over.

If I remember, the Braves were heavy favorites?

    Not!

Yanks came back to win 4 straight. LINK
