I got my notification direct from USPS that package was out for delivery in my email. Shipped first class mail....no signature confirmation with tracking #.....will open when I get home.
Hi Daniel, What would happen if you overstrike on a Morgan that has attractive toning? Would the toning be preserved or ruined? Have you tried this yet?

I was actually just wondering this yesterday. Any way we can supply our own Morgan dollars to be overstruck? Kind of like the Confederate double eagle?

It would really be neat to have one of these coins with enough of a trace of the date from the host coin that you could actually identify the year of the Morgan dollar used to create this overstrike.

I just use a DIY Quickslab. Make the label from the cert in the flip. Not graded but works.
What do you think? oil/grease residue near left side stars? how about whats between the E & P. Should I clean it or leave it alone?
