Thanks for posting the FelidiTrade Form. I never got their email. Maybe they are watching these forums and decided to stop sending them out.
I was on their original list they took several weeks ago. My guess is that they will be flooded and did not take this into account. Maybe they will go by their original list or email everyone that did not make it in time and state that your check will be destroyed. I can't see them sending all these checks back.
<< <i>Notice Coins are bullion variety and will neither be encapsulated or specially package. the coins may have scratches, abrasions, smudges, fingerprints or other imperfections lol >>
This might make sealed packages from some APs worth more than others based on how well each AP is known to package the coins.

I think that this is correct. I mentioned this some time ago when I saw how well APMEX packaged my set. I think that you are correct.

That condition statement worries me, they will probably handle them without gloves and mail them in a bag... I would have mailed my check an hour ago if it wasn't for that. Is anybody else going to wait because of that?

Wow, if they just go into a pile for Monday, no point in going to DE.
The form says they will on a best effort basis process them in the order received, or something similarly vague that would just allow them to be thrown into a pile and be processed that way.
Contacted FideliTrade and suggested that the people handling these coins will use gloves. No guarantee was given and I did not expect one, I can only hope they are receptive. The lady answering the phone seemed nice.

Think they will just throw them in an 8x11 FedEx mailer without flips or wrapped so they will banging around on each other all the way across the country?
Knowing the audience that they're dealing with, I think Fidelitrade wants to cover themselves against getting hit by requests for returns and exchanges...and what a nightmare that would be.
I'm sure they'll have at least some minimal packaging in place...maybe not anti-ballistic grade plastic, but at least large flips with some cushioning.
The Apmex ones were really well packed and no problems at all. One coin has a lot of die polish on the obverse side in one area, otherwise very nice coins from the the first batch at Apmex..

Think they will just throw them in an 8x11 FedEx mailer without flips or wrapped so they will banging around on
each other all the way across the country?

I'm sure they'll have at least some minimal packaging in place...maybe not anti-ballistic grade plastic, but at least large flips with some cushioning.
Box of 20
<< <i>The Apmex ones were really well packed and no problems at all. One coin has a lot of die polish on the obverse side in one area, otherwise very nice coins from the the first batch at Apmex.. >>
As far as I am concerned, APMEX did A-One on this program.
TD
ones that didn't grade at 69 or 68, the only other 2 options they are offering?
<< <i>
<< <i>Notice Coins are bullion variety and will neither be encapsulated or specially package. the coins may have scratches, abrasions, smudges, fingerprints or other imperfections lol >>
This might make sealed packages from some APs worth more than others based on how well each AP is known to package the coins. >>
Maybe they can get a special label: "APMEX Hoard"
and...
Wouldn't it have made life much easier for EVERYONE if the Gold Center, MTB, etc had ALL sold them this way???
No complaining 'cuz they only sold 200 to the public.....no one would know HOW many they sold.....if you didn't get one , well, it was because other orders got there before your's (and maybe 'cuz we sold 90% to the "Big Boys")
Perfect.....no hard feelings....no crashed servers....no "Manpower Assoc." types needed
