I've seen no more comments on this topic since last night. Is everyone losing interest?
BTW these guys are much better athletes than they get credit for. To slam each other the way they do without actually severely injuring anyone takes talent.

I think it just means Dpeck went to sleep.

Lee was once again right. Some might remember the $3 purchase thread which Lee noted likely would not be thread of the year. I think we have a winner growing here.

    Another Hogan

Corners on this look to be under some pretty major stress due to the tightening of the four screws and seller even says in the questions and answers: A: Hi there, the dark spots are indeed from the pressure of the screw down case. I'm not going to remove the card from it's holder as I wouldn't want to damage the card, sorry!

i know there is a buy/sell secton, but pretty much all rules and etiquette have been tossed out the window in this thread.. is anyone interested in either of these?

I asked him the question and that was the response. How dumb can you get??? His picture looks like crap and he appears to be a dishonest seller with that repsonse.

This is the same guy who had the Hogan for sale in BGS 8 for $4,999.

With these pics this is a risky auction to bid up too much.

I am going to list some 1985 Topps Hogans tonight that will be sure not to disapoint.

Take a look at the 1985 Wrestling All Stars Flair, over $50 bucks!!! Wow is all I can say. The first one of these I bought for $3 off Husker Havs wrestling card site. He must be dying if he is watching some of the moves these are making. I bought his final Hogan for $5 and it is at $39 currently.

    Eagles,

Put the Andre on EBAY. You will do quite well I would predict right now!

Just watched the Hasselhoff roast; the Hulkster did an admirable job. It was pretty clear he was out of his element, but he went up there without notes!

Had he gotten up there and just absolutely killed it, that probably would have driven up the price of all these B52's that are currently lighting up EBay even further, IMO

Anyone care to guess what this lot goes for?

Dpeck, any idea what the 85 OPC savage is worth? I know these are really tough in decent condition.

The best pitch to start a hitter off with is always strike one.

No idea. I would say at $20 or more. In this market I have been wrong and not guessed high enough.

The only way to find out is to list it with no reserve and let the bidding begin!!

My orders came through. My squadron ships out tomorrow. We're bombing the storage depots at Daiquiri at 1800 hours. We're coming in from the north, below their radar.

    When will you be back?

    I can't tell you that. It's classified.

The other Hogan just broke $100. This is going to be wild two watch these two auctions and see how they play out.

Does Hogan have a Thunder Lips card? Now that would be cool.

In a way yes. It is in the 1986 Monte Gum set and is a card where he has Stalone held up. I will post a link.

Notice how is says Muhammed Ali? There are so many errors and misspelled names on the cards.

I busted two boxes and got the same pack 25 times and 22 times in the same box. I was lucky and the one pack had two of the Hogan cards and the other had the Road Warriors. The second box it happened almost again and I got the pack with three of the Hogan cards. I wanted to make sets but at least I got the more expensive cards over and over.

The other Hogan is kicking into high gear and is up to $300. They are taking this one up fast! If he had better pics it would help I think but maybe no one cares at this point about condition.

This is going to get very interesting.

My Hogan topps auction is on fire already, $66 in a few hours. I like the start of this!

How much is a Wrestlemania 1 program worth now? With Hogan and Mr T on the cover?

I sold mine in the late 90's on ebay, for like $19, lol. Or $15. There's a buy it now for one of them, for $125. Has it really gone up that much?

I wonder what the print run is, on that program. Vs the 1st baseball beckett. Or another important 80's magazine.

This hulk hogan card craze has me wondering if I should buy one. I think the only hogan card I have is from the blue bordered topps set.

I have seen the program sell for $25 recently, don't pay $125!

There is a shill bidder playing games right now DIDDY with feedback of 4535. He bought a lot of the cards a few weeks ago and is jacking up the bid. He was the top bid at $555 on the Hogan and retracted it a day later with entered the wrong amount. Sure you sat as the high bid for 24 hours and some how entered the wrong amount.

He just listed some graded one's at big prices.

The two high bidders on the Hogan at $556 are legit becuase it dropped to $535 and it now at a new high of $556.

Diddy is on top of the Flair and Andre too

These are going higher though I think.

    The print run doesn't matter.

Getting one without tobacco spit or vomit on it is the key.

    Nice try but no.

Wrestlemania was a total spectacle in Madison Square Garden with prices for tickets going for un heard of prices for good seats.

Perhaps you are thinking about a small show in 1985 from Amarillo Texas

Of course the print run matters becuase it tells you the float or the total number that could come to market.

Programs from some of the early major cards surface but the program from Wrestlemania does not come up often. I would suspect the price would be a little higher then a few months ago but that is an item that being patient would be wise.
