Question is, how the hell can a team with so much talent look like crap at home??? Glad I'm not a Philly fan and had spent the day with my family in whatever that ballpark is called...what a bummer!!!
2008 World Champions and leading the NL East this season...that's not too shabby...every team, even good teams, go through slumps like this during the season...I'm very concerned about it but not worried...not yet anyway.

I have to admit even though I dont like or dislike the Phillies, I absolutely love saying " The Sillies"

they went from having the 4th best record in all baseball to the 13th in about 5 days.
I give them about another 3 or 4 days and they will be looking up at the Marlins and METS.
The Mets meanwhile with a lineup more suited to a grapefruit league game have been' holding their own. Team baby, the Mets play like a team. The Sillies meanwhile have been fighting in the clubhouse and I heard their manager is about to be fired.
Thank God they played the Nats all those times early or they would be looking up at the Braves.
Oh and the Philadelphia Mint sucks.
3 and 13 in the last 16 games does not sound like a defending champ to me.
Very nice to see the Phillies, the greatest team of the 21st century, break out of their slump today...hopefully this will be the start of something big.....very big!

Foaming at the mouth and falling over backwards...
Will you guys be able to handle the excitement if the Mets figure out how to beat Pittsburgh or San Diego?
<< <i>Still, every team in the NL East this year seems to be clawing and fighting their way to the bottom of the standings. Unimpressive from top to bottom. >>
same thing was said last year...howd that turn out?

Thank God the Phillies were not at Shea this Fathers day, both teams would have found a way to lose.
