Everyone knows the reason you guys are in first is because you have played the Nats 4 more times
    then the Mets have.

I have to agree with you here Kevin.

    Good for you.

Steve, as you know, it's not my style to pile on...once it's over, it's over as far as a playoff race is concerned, and believe me I've been on the losing end of many a season.

Remember it's when I stop ragging on the Mets, that's when they are in real obvious trouble, and it really would be over for them.

But still a lot of season left and anything can happen...as you often say and of course you are right.

    BTW...the Mets suck image

That 'depth' really came through last night.

Ball 4, game is tied......another blown save by the great Phillie bp.

Lets see, Mets have 8, count them 8 players on the DL and the Phillies
(Thanks to 10 wins against the Nats) are exactly 3 games ahead of them.

Basically a 500 club masquerading as a division leader.

The lead means nothing...you know that.

Now, the bullpen giving up 5 runs in the 10th and not able to keep the game tied, that's a different story. Before anyone says, "well it was just one game"....don't even go there because it wasn't. The bullpen dynamic is all screwed up because of Lidge. Madson is not comfortable doing Lidge's job. He liked his "setup guy" roll more than being the closer...if that's what you want to call it LOL

In the long run, not having a closer is gonna kill you guys.

I can't wait to see all the Met siglines come September!

I guess I'll have to call my bookie for a read on tomorrow's line and check on adrenaline levels at the Phillie house.

Another pathetic Phillie outing by their pathetic bullpen. Maybe your team just can't handle the AL teams, OR, they're just not up to the task.

<< <i>Oh no!!! The Phillies have lost again. Must be they coudln't get a grip on that stinkin up the game and then getting that adrenaline thing going...wha happened to the adrenaline thing Phillie Dufoos???

I guess I'll have to call my bookie for a read on tomorrow's line and check on adrenaline levels at the Phillie house.

Another pathetic Phillie outing by their pathetic bullpen. Maybe your team just can't handle the AL teams, OR, they're just not up to the task.

Chime in pathetic one, I'm anxious to hear your latest crap about your team. >>
