Phillies gonna win the game tonight and get a split with supposedly the best team in baseball in their house, and the Phillies could have easily swept this team with a little bit of luck.

It doesn't matter what it should have been. The Dodgers got the 2 W's against the Phillies and split the series and have the better record against the Phills this year. That's all the matters.

So if the Phillies are playing a game that they are losing the entire game and then they pull it out in the 9th or extra innings and win it...You aren't happy? Or you should be embarrassed? No, you should be happy that your team pulls it out.
The Dodgers clearly have had pitching issues throughout the entire season and their bats have been inconsistent throughout the year, yet they seem to find a way to grind out some W's this year. Again it's a 162 game season so we'll see what happens.

The Dodgers have been winning games against the entire NL and yes it does matter if they do beat up the teams in the NL West. The Dodgers will be in a position to be in the playoffs and hopefully they will pull of a trade or an pick up a free agent. Plus their young players like Ethier, Kemp and Martin will only be getting better
