Im not sure what Manuel is thinking, Lidge is not getting it done and this game should of been over a long time ago. Madson is a beast and should be our closer. Cole was in Cy Young form against a great line up. Even with Utley on the shelf we got it done. Thanks for letting us invade Yankee stadium!

There is one thing I realized watching these interleague games. One is that the AL Pitchers can go much longer into the game, as there is a need in the NL to bat for the pitcher in close games. Also if the Phils played in AL you could tack on another 10-30 HR's. Imagine a Stairs or Mayberry Jr. added to the line up everynight.

His old school BS is really getting on my nerves. Flawless 8 innings almost blown again cause Chuck wants to build Lidge's confidence. Enough with that, we already let the Yanks off the hook once, can't do it against divison foes.
