So all I've got to do is organized a '90 Topps rip and I'll pull a NNOF? Is that what you are saying?

Very nice pull...there have been some HEAVY rookies hitting the boards today.

Congrats! Nice Jordan. The wax on the stickers is a breeze. Just use an old pair of nylon stockings... comes right off. Fishnet never really worked for me...didn't look good on me either!

Be careful though ... AFTER you put the nylons on you have to kneel down on the card very gently so as not to get a run in the nylons and also so you will not crease the card.

can someone please let me know what level I should send this in to be graded at? Should I use the $500 and less designation or pay for the higher one?

can I use the current 5 day special? Sports & Non Sports Cards - $14 per card - No Minimum Quantity Required

Nice Jordan!! You deserve it!! I wouldn't sub that under a special. One-card sub that one. pay for some 5-day service.

Nice Jordan. I realize this is a PSA forum, but I would consider sending that to BGS because I think it may have a shot at a 9.5, and a BGS 9.5 goes for 3-4K. However, with PSA's new 1/2 point system, maybe you could get the same result from PSA. Just a thought.

  • I hope you realize that a BGS9.5=PSA10. Not to mention BGS will grade sheet cut cards., thus creating the difference in Gm Mt cards.

Yes the Jordan was in the middle... nothing else special in the pack but some really nice commons, I'm going to sub 13 cards and the 2 stickers on the $7 special.

I must have gotten lucky with centering too! There is only 6 cards from 2 packs that I can't sub because of centering... I really think all the other cards have great shots at 9's.

Anyone else rip their packs yet??? There has to be more Jordans out there and we have not seen any Jordan Stickers - there should be 3 of those for sure! My stickers were in great shape and should grade out to be 9's with a chance at 10.

I'm going to agree with those that say send that card by itself and pay the extra cash for a higher service level.

If you think the checklist has a shot at a 9 I'd sub it... last few 9's have gone for over $200 and also the Lucas - it has been going for over $100. (those 2 cards could pay for your rip!!!)

yes. All of the 'edge' cards on the sheet are tough. All of the 11s (11,22,33,44, etc) and the cards that follow them (1,12,23,34).

the worst pack award goes to me-

I was going to save my pack for grading but it was open when I opened the package. The pack was pristine just had come loose and had no seal. I am bummed because I wanted a pack in a PSA holder but this is the contents.

    Kiki Vandweghe(OC) 90/10
    Dennis Johsnon(OC)80/20
    Melvin Turpin(OC 85/15)
    Jay Humphries 60/40
    Kelly Tripucka (OC 75/25)
    Phil Hubbard(30/70)
    Craig Hodges(60/40)
    Andrew Toney(20/80)
    Roy Hinson(60/40)
    Wayman Tisdale(25/75)
    Gerald Henderson 40/60)
    Sedale Threatt 20/80

Magic Johsnon sticker(centered well but nick on back of card

I can not believe it had come undone but if there was a MJ I would have been thrilled.

    It was fun
