<< <i>Darn good I listened to you bosox I think the second pack was better a little oc but i'll take it >>
Great pull! >>
Stop it!! All I have around here are some 89 Fleer boxes. Shoot, they're so great , I was letting my wife hand out wax packs to her kids for doing good school work.
Back in 1984 I ripped over 3 cases of Topps, though. Founds tons of Mattinglys. Sold most at the Nationals in Arlington in 86 or 87...can't remember the exact year. The full boxes I kept were an easy sell too.
<< <i>Zef, you have the best scans I've ever seen. What kind of scanner do you have? >>
Thanks,
Its a Canon MP830. Its a multifunction deal.
morrellman and gosteelers bought a Canon because of my suggestion and scans, but they both bought the MP500 and I was told, by them, that their scans were both far inferior to the ones I posted. So they both went back to get the MP830 and have had the same results I have had.
<< <i>Hey Zef did you try calling steve today ? >>
No. I tried e-mailing him last night. I was tied up with work all day today and didn't get in till 9:00.
Hopefully he'll get back to me.
edited to add: I'll try to call him tomorrow. I still have to deposit all the MO's and I am still missing one. I know that the bank won't let me have availability to the funds from the MO's for a few days and therefore I can't pay Steve until they all clear. Hopefully he and I hook up in the next day or so and figure out a time to meet(And I'll let 80sjunkie know as he is planning to come in for the break).
I had a dream last night that my six-pack arrived in the mail. I had them all laid out neatly on the dining room table ready to open. Alas, that's where the dream ended. That's just sad on so many levels.
Just curious on this - (I promise we will not hold you to it), but what is your best estimate on the shipping date?
Again, thanks for all the work you've put into it. >>
Right now I am waiting a response from Steve Hart about when we could do the case break. I have no idea what his schedule is. I am hoping sometime next week and I would assume shipping would be same day if not next day from the break.
Now I just have to wait for all the MO's to clear my bank, which should be soon, as well as the final PP transfer. Then I just need to coordinate with Steve when his schedule permits this break.
Hey Zef why dont you try calling steve today and see if he's in. Sometimes it takes him awhile to catch up on emails but i usually can catch him on the phone.

I messed up, I still have one payment withstanding. and it is for a full box. Somehow I listed a $1485 on the deposit slip twice, so the numbers looked like we were there.
My bad. I'm still waiting for mnolan's MO and I e-mailed him about an hour ago to find out where it is.
I just double checked and I have no record of the last person asking for my address to send a MO.
I just e-mailed him askng what is up and I think I am going to send another e-mail telling him if I don't hear by tomorrow morning, I am going to give away the 36 packs to the next people who want them.
Hey zef do we have enough back ups to cover the 36 packs ? I know we had a few if not let me know i will take em. It's to close to miss out now. Plus this plane tickets burning a hole Im so ready to get out of ca fo a few days and rip that case open. By the way whats the weather been like there zef?

Don't worry, we're here and hoping for someone to bail out. Their loss is our gain

I actually got it from Dave and Adams Card World, and it was a GAI 7.
