No one's crying except you that your precious yankee thread might have some non-yankee comments in it.

  • I wonder what Yankee fans derailed my thread of the 1st place Tigers!!!!

First off, that was the first thread I opened on these boards, and I was not knocking the Yankee fans in here one bit, that was back when I was miffed, because ESPN had probably 15 Yankee games televised then, and there was no mention of the Tigers. So derailed by myself, I do not think so Buttercup!

And I never mentioned that I was a good poster, essentially, I can give a rat's ass what any bltch on these boards thinks of me, I know who I am, and I am better than Jesus. You'd never see me get nailed up! Only reason why you do not think I am a good poster, is because my views differ from your's, but I never heard you are Saddam Hussein, and these boards are Iraq.

And BTW, all I see lately on these boards, are a bunch of wimps, following Axtell all around, trying to hump his leg, shows who the bltches really are!!!!!!!

Ummmmm no, my father is a life long Tiger fan. I am quite happy for the Tigers and my dad. At the same time, I am happy the Yankees easily took three out of four from the Tigers IN Detroit. Really should have been a sweep.

YOU however, were really easy to pick out of the lineup. You are a clown, get lost loser. You SUCK as a poster and your Jesus comment defines your low level character as a person. No matter what you may think of yourself.

  • So my views on Jesus differ from your views, nobody ever taught me that I must be politically correct, and that I have to hold Jesus close to my heart!

And in the 3 outta 4 in Detroit, funny how big leads were squandered in those games, it shows that the Tigers can come back in any game, as compared to the last 2 decades of dismal baseball!!!

You don't know my "views" on Jesus. I don't care if you love Jesus or you think he is a coc&$ucker, you are a silly little boy for just coming out of the blue with that comment on a sports forum. Yes you are.

And your second point ...... the Yankees came a eye blink away from sweeping them. You say leads were squandered, I say they were nearly swept. Its the same thing skippy. Don't you see this? Or are you willing to TWIST that series in the Tigers favor only with the "squandered lead" comment?

Tiger teams of the past would have folded up and lost those games. That is a positive for this team, and a great and dominant Yankee team should NOT have lost those leads.

And I am a silly little boy at heart, finally you noticed, but do not hate me for that, hate me because I am an a$$hole who is not p^ssywhipped by society!!!!

  • Another good win by the Yanks!

There was a report on a Canadian sports talk show that during an interview at the All-Star game, A-Rod had said that the Yankees would have to win their division to make the playoffs. Apparently, after Jeter heard the interview, he took A-Rod aside and gave him a tongue-lashing. Jeter told A-Rod something like: On this team, we never give up or say were are not going to win. Now that's a great captain. The Blue Jays could use a take charge guy like Jeter.

Nice win by y'all last night, even with A-Rod going 0-4 including an error and not coming through with bases juiced image

Actually he made 3 of them, however, after the game he stood up like a man to the media and for that i give him credit. great win over the last place mariners.

    Great win?

Let's see, Rivera nearly chokes, and the $200 million yankees can only put up 4 runs?

Yeah that was a 'great' win.

    Dope.
  • bri2327bri2327 Posts: 3,178 ✭✭
A win is a win is a win. The only negative was Arods performance. Of course Axhole sidesteps his 0-4 and 3 error night and chooses to bash Mariano, the teams payroll, only scoring 4 runs, etc etc etc.

Ax, man up for once and give credit where credit is due. They won the game despite your boy having a complete stinker of a day.

You continuously spout off about how Arods salery shouldnt mean a thing, yet you claim the Yankees team salary means everything. Which is it ?

I hear the Yanks have a nice pitching prospect in AA?.........any chance of moving him for a couple veteran players to make a push for the East this year?

Yankees win on a bad call by the ump, plain and simple.

If the ump makes that call right, Damon flying out ends the game with a M's win...pathetic.

No one's crying, just tired of the bad officiating in ALL sports - the NBA finals, world cup, super bowl, all have been marred by bad officials.

I guarantee you if the roles had been reveresed you yankee fans would be here with the same complaint.
