Test post...I see in the SCM Forum index that stingray posted, but when I go to read it, only my recent post is displayed. I've refreshed/reloaded the thread a number of times and can't seem to see the next post.

Sorry!

I have noticed that too. Every once in while especially with this thread it takes a while for the last post to appear. The posters name appears but no post??
Amazing group of '76s! I think that's the first time I've ever seen the BRobby card! As I've said before, the '70s were a blackhole in my card collecting experience (USAF, party, college, party, work, party, etc.), so I get to experience them quite a bit as of late, thanks to you!

Ah, good. It's not just me and my PC. Thanks for letting me know!
P.S. Won these (4) tonite! (...thought the card below, signed by Frank & Peggy Steele and by Dick Perez to be very interesting and heard tough to locate!)
Hindus are probably the toughest out of the middle tier of backs, Stone. Here's a link to one site's rankings of all the different back types. I'd have to check for sure, but I think I've got #'s 14 through 40 covered. The top 4 are insane rarities, and I really don't even consider the Ty Cobb back part of the set. Though I guess I maybe would if I could afford one.

Steve Why does the smr have Davis listed once (chicago) and the other with (HOF)?
I looked in the gallery of the web you posted and there's only one sample card.
Hmmm, I haven't checked an SMR in ages, but there's only one card of George Davis. There are two Harry Davis cards, one with his first initial and one without, but both are just commons. Maybe they're confusing George Davis with George Brown(e), who has cards picturing him with both Chicago and Washington, with the latter being more difficult.
Good stuff, Ben. The color and clarity on the Karger are great and the Bresnahan's not bad, really. The image and tougher back are at least intact. You need a Konetchy (Glove High) by any chance? I accidentally bought a second Piedmont 350 of it and have one to spare.
Matt, I think I will eventually have it graded but I have a bunch of other stuff I want to send in first. Or maybe I'll see if someone wants to trade it for a Mantle.
Rest in Peace Willie, u were a great ball player and a good guy too! (Its been over 5 years since Willie left us! Wow!)

Over his 21-year career with the Pirates, he batted .282, with 2,232 hits, 423 doubles, 475 home runs and 1540 runs batted in, helping his team capture six National League East division titles, two National League pennants and two World Series (1971, 1979).

I just realized how many of those 76's came from me...lol
Holy Schmoly...where did all that $$$ go??
Must have been on food & wine...might be the reason my belt doesn't fit anymore...
It looks awesome to see them in a group photo like that though!! Not like looking at the Set Registry and just seeing the 9's and 10's column...
Congrats,

Pulled from a scrapbook and creased with light, clear glue residue. Hoping this latest '52 will hit a "GOOD", but not likely.
The Clark is 1 of 1, the Marichal is 1 of 13, and the Williams is 1 of 2
Oddly, I was way more excited to see the Clark and Williams hit 10s.
I don't know why they went with the condom holder for the Clark, but It's not so bad.

Way cool! Funny - it's the only T206 I've had graded but mine is the more common back.
How does that back rank - rare?
I like cards that have been "loved!"

Poor man's Bresnahan and first.
Picked this one up recently. I really do not collect much of the modern stuff, but this set is just awesome!
