I doubt the yanks would release the Unit with the money they owe him through next year. Even George wouldn't want to eat that deal. I know he has been awful at times this year, but he still has 11 victories (only 2 off the league leader) and he has had some dominant starts, too, though admittedly they are not on a consistent basis.
