Their recruiting classes will have to get better and significantly improve for great. They lucked out that VT was bad this year otherwise they probably would have missed a bowl game at home.

Hes simply not getting the guys. 2021 they were 39th, 2022 they were 33rd but two of those 5 four stars left from school policies so they were really more in the 40s that year, 2023 they were 57th. Next year theyre in the mid 30s and I doubt they will flip many players from other schools. They keep getting stuck in that mid 30s range at best and this years class will hurt them next year and the year after. They havent shown the ability to go out and get freshman that you want starting immediately, they get guys that you need to develop a year or two and this class will leave a hole there

    Trap game.

What an embarrassing 1st half by the #1 ranked team.

This is what happens when you think you’re that good.

For some reason the #1 ranked team couldn’t score on ND like that, or Rutgers for that matter.

The committee must feel real good about their current rankings.

Well now that that game is over I dont think its any secret that McCord is a below average QB at this point. If OSU had any number of the 30 QBs that are better than him the game would have been put away early.

Rutgers really showed what the issue is though with those low recruiting classes, they just dont have a QB that can play at that level. Unless someones going to pull a GA and have 5 stars everywhere like they did for Stetson Bennett, these low ranked QBs that throw for a 150 yards a game just wont cut it. That jump pass INT for a pick 6 basically ended the game

They were down 11 ignoring it clearly wasnt doing anything. The only thing stupid said was maybe just giving OSU too much credit. Wimsatt is not good, if he was they would be winning

And there it is another OSU TD. If you want to have faith in Wmsatt leading some massive comeback by all means, theyre going to need a big turnover at this point

Another great game from Henderson over 200 total yards. McCord 19-26. 189 yrds, 3 touchdowns.

Hey, Rutgers had that TD overturned that would've made it a 5 point game with plenty of toime time left.

Ole Miss and Texas were supposed to be in tough games. Ole Miss was on upset alert and Texas is playing a freshman backup against a ranked team with Ewers hurt.

Lol at someone trying to act like McCord had a good game

Clemson tried to pull a Miami but held on.

I don't like OU and didn't want them to win, but they got absolutely hosed on their penultimate drive. most blatant PI you'll ever see in the end zone and the ref swallowed his flag.

That was pretty bad. Texas has to run the table now for the Big 12 to have a chance at a playoff team this year.

Shame too that the only way OU and Oak State will play again now is the playoffs for several years at least. Gundy and Oak State have no interest playing OU anymore now that they left like Texas did to A&M when they left

All eyes on two games next Saturday.

    Penn State 28. Michigan 24
    Georgia 48. Ole Miss 35

This will be the first time this season that Michigan will have an opportunity to defeat a ranked top 25 opponent. Penn State only had one.

Credit both schools for easy cupcake schedules.

Alabama has quite a few returning starters next year. They are slowly growing into a monster after that Texas loss. Next year may be their year once again.

Even Whoopi Goldberg knows that Texas and Bama each have one home loss, but Bama has 3 top 20 wins and Texas only 1.
Texas lost to a weaker opponent then Bama did.

For a guy who likes to say how more impressive Ohio State’s resume is, you’d think he do the same for Bama.

OSU has theirs as well. Meyer used to have a coach whose only job was to watch everything Michigan all year long. Its really just the Astros situation again where everyone does it but Michigan took it to an egregious level. Michigan also still has an ex coach under FBI investigation for computer stuff and Harbaugh is still under investigation for lying to the NCAA about a minor infraction.

Really you dont even need OSUs signals this year anyways. McCord cant run, take away their three weapons with the two WRs and RB and make McCord try and beat you with secondary pieces. Nothing McCord has done this year has indicated hes capable of beating a team where OSU doesnt have the talent advantage at the majority if not every single position on the field.

On the other side of the coin there has been no team to give Michigan any kind of test this year so far. This Saturday Penn State, at home, should at least give a small glimps into the window of how good Michigan may very well be.

He hates anything SEC and thinks anything B!G is amazing. I honestly cant tell what is trolling anymore and whats just not knowing college football.

Bama still controls their own destiny. If they win out that would be wins over Georgia, Ole Miss, LSU which should be enough on its own. That would also leave a 1 loss GA team would would mean Texas should be left out. OU losing to Oak State really hurt the Big 12 in terms of strength this year. FSU has to win out for the ACC to get anyone in.

That said, I dont have the slightest bit of confidence in this selection committee and who knows what they will do. They are trying their hardest to get 2 B!G teams in again. If GA is still number 2 this week we have a real problem with either the integrity or competency of this committee and anything is on the table.

I have a bad feeling that were going to end up seeing some nonsense of Michigan beating OSU and Michigan is 1 and OSU is 2 unless PSU beats Michigan

Im not trying to knock on Bama, i think they're a great team. I just think if their are 3 undefeated teams Washington, Big ten champ, and Florida State. And if Alabama and Texas win out, I would think that the committee would do the right thing and place Texas in the 4th playoff spot because they beat Bama on their home field.
