yes, somehow I've been posting the last few days but no one could see my posts. It just corrected itself. I had contacted the mods and PCGS email website to try to get it fixed. I guess they fixed the glitch! Yeah!
I had posted earlier today that I got my grade results on my End of WWII Gold Eagle this morning - a Proof 70 DCAM
and I was noting how lucky I am seeing that there's almost a 50/50 split 69 vs. 70's that aren't FDOI. Now I'm hoping to get an ASE in the morning from the mint so I can have the pair.

I had a RP silver Mayflower in one of my carts. when the silver eagle became available Sunday, I threw it in the cart and checked out quickly. I wasn't going to take a chance on wasting time removing the Mayflower coin. Well, since the Mayflower is on "back order", my entire order is on "back order". LOL
Sunday will likely end up being by far the best shot at the gold. Ironically, its likely the last day that anyone would have expected being that the Feds had a 4 day holiday w Sunday being the last day. All one had to do was be there to try. No frantic rush. The golden opportunity.
The unexpected times ARE the opportunities for the regular guys like us. So it ain't over until it's over - so drag your lazy ass out of bed and try each day. Obviously, the numbers have diminished here but I will keep trying for one more V75 AGE > I have decided that my mommy deserves one in her account since she has only scored a V75 ASE so far...
Cxd- not sure anybody who is trying to get first one appreciates dudes bragging about going for multiples

Whether collecting, flipping or whatever the motivation, I agree it is supposed to be fun. However, it may rub people the wrong way when someone has multiples of a “hot” item and comes here and says “get your lazy ass out of bed”. There seems to be a fine line in being lucky and being hubristic in their methods.
That said, I’m not one to throw stones. I’ve been known to buy multiple items of the “hot” item in the past. But I remained humble and wish all of my forum members luck in their pursuit.
