The changing of the guard. It will happen sooner or later. BB's magic will run out eventually. I will be anxious to seen what Brady does this off season. I think he should retire and go out with style and finish as a lifetime Patriot player.

Possibly BUT you better hope they don’t fall victim to too much hype like the Browns did this Season 🤷♂️
I don’t see that ever happening with Sean McDermitt
We can't say for sure what BB and Brady are going to do, or what kind of team New England will put together next year, but it can be said for certain that Buffalo made a good choice at HC.

I want him to retire a Patriot and only a Patriot. I believe he will. I am uncertain about if that is happening this year. I think that even a deep playoff run, where they don't win it all but the team beats the currently low expectations, would help sway him towards retirement. If the team falls flat in the playoffs, I believe he will be back with the Pats.

Brady winds up with the Colts next year.
What makes you think that?
Young team. Two good tight ends. Excellent offense line. Brissett will move over for a year or two. Think Peyton Manning to the Broncos. Think Brady winning one more SB without BB.
W.C.Fields "I spent 50% of my money on alcohol, women, and gambling. The other half I wasted.
I was just explaining to my Bostonian (Malden to be exact) wife how the Patriots dropped to the third seed and now must play/win an extra game...and then like last year must beat the Chefs at Arrowhead...
...but this time that won't be enough. They must then beat (most likely) the Ravens at Baltimore to make the SB. Sure it's totally doable (didn't a sixth seed win the big prize a few years back?) but it's gonna be more difficult than what the Patriots are used to!
And of course I just couldn't resist teasing her about how people outside of New England are sick of the Patriots (they did make it to four out of the last five SB's after all) and hate them just as much if not more than the Yankees in MLB and how it'd be such a breath of fresh air to see someone else in the AFC make the Super Bowl for a change! Naturally she didn't buy it 😄

Of course she didn't buy it...because she knows, like I know, that the added difficulty will only serve to make each step of the way sweeter.
Usually I am excited about the Patriot but it is hard this year . Also usually look forward to the upcoming Red Sox season but they do not get me excited this year either. I guess I am just getting too old to care about sports anymore.
Very tough call on this upcoming Patriots game. Normally when a "great" team such as the Patriots gets humiliated at home losing to a lowly team such as the Dolphins, they get hissed off and come back in their next game and rampage over the opponent.
The "if" factor is whether or not this Patriots team still has a great quarterback or not, and if they don't, then it is no longer a great team. Brady it seems has been under performing as of late, and that could be from being nicked up and he's not telling anyone about it, or just old age finally setting in.
Also don't forget that Bill Belichick is now 67 years old and doesn't keep himself in the greatest of physical condition. He is the GOAT, but 67 years old is normally a bit past a head coach's prime. I recall Tom Landry making a fool of himself in his last season as a head coach, and he was fired at 64 years old despite being up there with the all time greats.
We shall see if this Patriots dynasty continues on or not?
I think they will get by the Titans by a 20-17 type score and then lose by 10+ to the Chiefs next week. I’m not feeling that optimistic about tonight’s game by any stretch though. Either way GO PATS!!!
Early indications show that the Pats "paper tiger" defense that folded to Miami last week is back. It's been a fun run, but it's over.

Brady gets the ball on the one with a first down and does not score.
Not a good sign.
Many years ago, Earl Campbell was all the offense the Houston Oilers had or needed. That's what Henry looks like tonight.

If Belichick had only played the end of the first half last week the way he did this week, the Patriots might not be playing this game. But who knows what went though his mind last week? It sure wasn't a winnng strategy.

I thought the clock always stopped on a penalty! If I was BB I sure as heck won't be shaking hands after this game if Pat's lose. If Pat's win I fill his ears and still not shake hands.
Edelman's drop was a killer. This team just does not have it now.

Even if the Patriots got the ball, they can't score. 14-13 will hold up.

I wouldn't count the Bills out either.
Well technically you can’t count out any team BUT historically you can usually count them out 😂
They look better this year.
And with 9 draft picks they could look even better next season.
Buffalo will be favored to win the AFC East next year.
