Thank you. I have subbed two 8’s and would really love to sub a 9.
Obviously there would be a large profit involved but more importantly I would love to score one for the good guys. I don’t begrudge dealers as they are a vital part of the hobby but when collectors win it’s awesome.
A nicely centered (not perfectly) 1963 Don Perkins card isn't the easiest to find. I don't mind the rough top edge.
I'm actually quite excited about this item, my first Pottsville Maroons Item from their days in the National Football League (look them up if you don't recognize them - you'll be glad you did).
All the pages are present in the program and it includes pictures of Tony Latone, Jack Ernst, Pete Henry (HOF) and Barney Wentz inside. Each were All-Pro in the NFL at least once (except Ernst).

Great looking Perkins. I added an 8 of the same card to my Cowboys RB set some months back. As you said, it was tough to find, let alone decently centered
Picked up one of MJ's rarer 80's issues,it's a Pop 2 with none higher and just 7 graded in total. I needed this Tita soccer player on back version to finally own all three versions. Tita is the rarest of the three, one other is a Guy Lorenzo soccer player back that is currently at PSA for grading and the No-soccer player on back version that i have in a PSA 8.

In addition to @ahopkins suggestion for another button, we need a 'Love' instead of just 'Like' one also. As a fan of: foreign, oddball, and variations, that's a trifecta. Congrats, that's awesome!

The Lorenzo version I have at PSA is gorgeous and I'm hoping for as high a grade as possible but I almost kind of want to see an 8 come back just to have all three in an 8 lol.
Outside of some 90's inserts of MJ,most of my collection is all 80's oddball/foreign/Nike Poster Cards type of stuff. I just sent a bunch of 80's stickers to PSA that have very few if any at all in the Pop report and most of them are original stickers taken from the distributor's sheets. I'll be happy just to get them in slabs.
Some of these are May pickups, some are March and April pickups I couldn't scan until May. All of them are YAZ additions, my favorite thing to collect.
I hate qualifiers, but when a PSA 7 stretches the budget, getting a 9OC for 1/3 the price is a great steal! Besides, I'm not like the centering snobs. I love the rough cut on this one and the complete lack of tilt that often plagues OPC. The next one, the 75 SSPC, is a big upgrade over my previous PSA 8.
The team card above was a purchase from mknez. The 81 sticker below replaces a PSA 10 I traded away a couple years ago.
Next! The following 2 cards were the last 2 I needed for my 84 Star Yaz set, now complete!
For those who don't know about the 1980 Liberty Matchbooks, each player came in 10 colors. I purchased these 8 at a card show on Memorial Day and am subbing 3. When I get them back from PSA, my Yaz rainbow will be 9/10 complete. If anybody has a lead on the blue Yaz matchbook (royal blue, not aqua) PLEASE let me know!
The biggest lesson I've learned in this hobby, and in life, is that if you have a strong conviction, you owe it to yourself to see it through. Don't sell yourself, or your investments, short. Unless the facts change. Then sell it all.

I love how the Guard Nesser of the Giants is listed as from the College of Hard Knocks!

Nice Yazs Dan! I had no idea that the matchbooks came in such a rainbow. Or that PSA even graded them. I have some Bourques if there’s a piggyback option?

Hat Trick of vintage Football packs received today....71' 72' and 73'.
Just got these in the mail this morning.
That Hogan is pretty darn clean. Great centering/edges/corners. I never see a lot of raw examples like that.

Gorgeous card.
This should be a 9 all day. Nicest raw copy I have ever handled.
If it was a bum it would probably be a 10.
I would kill to self sub a 9 and we shall see what happens once I send it in. Praying for an email that says I owe them money for the sub! 😀
It sure looks like a 9 to me. Good luck!

Just picked up one of these. I was going to use my 10% but it ended up going for way under the minimum. I guess I need to buy something else now?
