The Official 2007 TOPPS HERITAGE Thread

I have been to two Targets and a Walmart for the last five days straight. Nothing. I thought that another Heritage collector might have beat me to it, but there is no price sticker, and when I ask the rep if it's in yet, i get nothing.

Frustrating.

arch- I opened two hobby cases from Blowout. I did pull two auto's (no name guys) only1 black refractor, no seat cards and a bunch of game used that I really don't care too much about. On Friday I busted a retail case from ebay seller Lockwood and pulled no ink, no black, two seat cards and three game used. If anything the disappointing cases are more of an indictment on Topps as opposed to any particular seller.
For the first time, I have pulled multiples of the same sp's in one hobby box. The product is certainly watered down but it's not stopping me from ripping 10 more boxes this weekend !!...still hoping for a big pull.

Is there a card #300, and if so who is it?

Another thing I've noticed is the top right corner on lots of my SPs seem not gem mint. Anyone else having this problem? Almost like a warp or something on that one corner.

I haven't noticed that Travis but I did find that the top right corner of almost every bottom card in a pack is dinged. Too tight a wrap?

Dan, nice pull on that Black refractor ! I figure you're good for more ink or Blacks in your last 3 boxes.

Dave, as always you seem to be having a very nice break. I remember last year's amazing case, which included that awesome ARod/Mantle GU and seems like at least a couple autos.

I received my end of the deal from a trade with Jim (ArchStanton), plus a few eBay packages. Thought I'd post the progress of my '07 relic quest.

BTW, any & all help with this quest is welcomed and appreciated. I've got SPs to trade, or if you prefer I'll purchase. PMs will be answered, but it'll be late at night before I get to them (long work days).

Yes I love this retail. I pulled the BRobby auto #'d relic as well as the Mantle/Arod , a couple team Topps Piersalls plus I believe a red ink and a blue ink RO last year. The link in my sig has a scan of the Brobby.

I probably won't trade until April but will keep you in mind for relics .

Well, I first have to say hello to all. I haven't bought any ball cards since the late 80's when I was in high school. About three weeks ago I blew out my knee and needed something to do with all my couch time, that's when I stumbled across this forum. I have to say thanks for the renewed interest in cards you guys have created for me, I ordered 4 hobby boxes last week and since have bought quite a few blasters and retail packs. I also have a case of 2007 and 2006 heritage that should be here Friday. I go back to the doc tomorrow to discuss the mri and x-rays, and figure out what the extent of surgery is going to be, so lots more couch time in my future.
