One thing I did find that was a little odd was sticking out of the top of this Kaline card, which you can see in this scan. It's basically a rubber string that got stuck in there somehow during the manufacturing process.
WOW, I busted 4 more boxes today and didn't get a whole lot. I did land my first black refractor of some rookie for the Rangers. I also pulled the refractor of him, so sort of a master set!
Im only one card away from the set the SP Batista. I still need a handful of Mantles which is a joke. I have about 20 doubles. Im also missing a few of the felts. Which ones were not done?
Ill be trying to update the site with my doubles. I know I can help a lot of people out.

I just located and ripped another single blaster. Either the vendor is dealing these out in small quantities in my area or someone is beating me to them. This blaster was pretty much a dud.

My dad and I opened a couple of hobby boxes tonight and he opened a pack with two yellow variations in it (Shacon and Furcal). In the other box, I opened a pack with two CC Relic (Sheffield and Swisher) and a Fernando Rodney SP in it. The pack also had 8 cards in it (well, 6 cards and 2 relics). I thought it strange.
Also pulled a Flashback Relic with Richie Ashburn
Went to 3 Targets and 2 Walmarts today. The same stacks of Turkey Red basketball, heritage football, '07 topps baseball, and '52 rookies.

Dealing with the same situation here. Heck, it might be the same Ebay seller. I've sent him two or three emails, and he finally got back to me today saying everything was sent out and I should be receiving soon. I hope he's telling the truth.
So far I've opened two hobby boxes, five hobby packs, and four retail blasters. I'd like to get this last hobby box before I do significant trading with you guys on here. It's definitely frustrating.

I am building a master set plus the regular chrome set. Two retail cases should give me alot of dupe SP, variations, chromes, refractors, etc to trade for what I did not get.
Like softparade, I'm building a master set w/chrome. I won't be ready for trading until April because of the timing of retail case delivery (not here yet) and our vacation plans.

Two hobby boxes and two blasters brought two Griffey's(#285). I am pretty happy with the collation thus far. I only need 18 non SP's to complete my set. the SP's are another story, need 93 SP's and variations. The chromes will really be tough this year for some reason. Maybe more prioduct than last year to spread out the 1958 number quite a bit more. Was everyone aware the ARod cards are the same "fillers" that are being packed with the regular '07Topps series?

The Arod set actually is going through all the topps product in 2007. This explains why they look sorely out of place in a heritage type product. This is good for us as Arod collectors will be looking for these cards and we can recoup some money...hopefully... I haven't checked ebay yet.
I have 40 doubles in the Mantle set but still NOOOOOO complete set...thats crazy. I still need 6 cards. Look like Im going to need help on this one. Ive thought about the arod set, but I probably won't
Yeah, I have bought a bunch of regular topps and still don't have an arod set in those. Im actually only 8 cards away from the heritage mini set with a few doubles. So I guess you might get a set with perfect collation in two cases!! LOL
If anyone wants to dump these for sp, or inserts or such I might just put this set together just for the heck of it.
I think my new favorite card is #347 Boone Logan...that look is priceless. Its funny cause the 1958 #347 is also a White Sox pitchers with the same pose minus the look...Don Rudolph. I wonder how many similarities there are in this set?
