Picked up a few coins at the ANA national money show today, was a great show lots of wonderful coins!
I'm incredibly sad I didn't get to make it to the ANA show. I took off work to go on the first day, but I ended up staying home due to warnings about heavy snow and dangerous driving conditions on the way there. How did you like the show and how was the weather?

Too bad you didn't make it, I am fortunate to live 10 minutes from the venue and also had taken work off. While we did end up getting wet heavy snow measure in feet, it was above freezing both days and the main roads were wet, though don't standing water in the roads, my residential streets were terrible but all the main roads were fine. It may have been worse towards Denver, not too sure about that.
The show was great, nearly all the dealer tables were set up and well stocked with a great variety of coins, currency and bullion.
I find a handful of pieces I was looking for, the SLQ was one i need for my dansco set and a little lower grade but the color matched the rest of set so I couldn't pass it up. The Proof mercury also matches my registry set in terms of grade and color, and was a real nice coin in hand. There were a handful of others I was considering but I'm traveling internationally this week and due to the trip I had to stick to my lower budget. The coin displays did not disappoint, I was glad to see the finest known 1943 bronze cent and a few incredible large cents. The collector exhibits were nice, but nothing there was really an area of my expertise, lots of ancients and ancient gold, lots of currency. I didn't spend much time because I wanted to get in and go shopping. Here are some other pictures, I realized after leaving I didn't get any pictures of the bourse unfortunately. I was there early Thursday, attendance at the show was definitely lower than in the past for obvious reasons, but I left at about 2:00 Thursday and it was starting to get busier when I left. I will say the show did not disappoint and I hope everyone had a great time.
Another one for my Buffalo variety and error collection.

Obviously, great toning. Pricing was pretty good. Fairly decent branch hand with even a small stem split. Skirt lines OK for this issue. Eagles trailing leg shows some detail & better than many.

Sorry for bad image quality, still trying to figure out how to take better pictures but I acquired my second morgan dollar in my collection for a good price
as well as this set of war nickels which i might put into some 2x2s but im not sure yet.
the war nickels are a little dirty but it’s pretty nifty to have the whole set

@ajyas Your 1884-O Morgan looks better than EF-45. Looks like an AU55 or 58. Nice coin.

Wife & I made a microvacation out of the Manchester, NH show. The 1940 Jefferson proof is something that had been on the list for years and I'd never seen one I liked. My wife liked the panda. Bullion just because. Not a very deep haul -- we kicked tires on some more significant possibilities but none were quite the ones for us.
Quite rare. I know of only four of them, and own half of that population. The usual state has an alarming radial break from the rim through the right side of the E of UNITED.
My Census:
PCGS AU Details - sold at the FUN 2017 auction. It is as minted and only details for a planchet flaw. I would grade it AU58 or maybe AU55.
ANACS XF40 - mine
PCGS VF20 - mine, this coin
VG8 or VG8 Details - heard of this one when it was apparently the only known one

Always wanted one of these. I had a colorful 10C, but no H10C. Won today in SB auction at a fairly good price.
Love these H10C’s - could put together a pretty decent Registry set but I need to buy a couple early ones first.
