    Do you have an RPD on your 1907? Looks like your "1" is doubled in the date.

    To be honest after my heart attack I gave my gold type set to my son.
    So I don't have it on hand to check.

    I need to watch for a copy of that QE Gold Coinage book. I have his book for the Eagle coinage and refer to it often

    I just received the new Quarter Eagle Red Book (Bowers Series) this past week. My understanding now is there may be a few variations of repunching for the 1907.

    Mintage of 30! Not all survive. What a beautiful coin! Rarer than the rare business strike!
