Another one back from our hosts... this one is a RPD most visible at the "1", "7" and maybe a bit of the "9"... I might say there is some letter doubling on the reverse as well.

I've got a couple more gold QE's in the hopper but I guess it will be a while yet before I should look to get anything back. It would be nice before the FUN show next year but I won't hold out hope to receive my submission before then..

Really nice color and surfaces! Looks like an underrated date.
Amazing super rare proof! Mintage 30, probably 22 known.
Very original and rare Southern charms!
Love the proofs! Nice coin!!!
Time to bump this great thread!
Picked this up last Saturday. PCGS MS61 in a OGH
Here is a PCGS AU58 from Saturday also.
A new coin for the Eldorado Collection. 1861 MS-65 CAC with a definite proof-like look, although not noted on holder.
My latest acquisition... the first gold coin minted at New Orleans.
Love that this is first Quarter Eagle and where the 'O' is located! Also what a gem!
Now that's a great way to start the morning. Beautiful coin. I hope to one day own one of those. Congrats.

Dave, I was going to say that is really "slick" but then realized that would be a double meaning. Tim

Wow!!! Very nice
The battle scars of all the good times
This 1907-P just returned from grading. It was a part of an MS62 to MS63 8-coin Type Set in the rough. The mark on the cheek was the only detractor.

Counterfeit! at least that is what PCGS said:
A Barber Quartet is made up of Nickels, Dimes, Quarters, and Halves.
Nice Coin! The 1844 is really scarce and undervalued!
Feel kinda lucky to have run across these two QE's pretty early into my type set.
"It's like God, Family, Country, except Sticker, Plastic, Coin."
From the archives - got only one of her in my Dansco 7070 and she slides around a lot since the slot is a tad wide.
Perhaps will get to send it in for grading some day.

Here is a somewhat recent raw AU gold quarter eagle newp for adding to the stash.

Here’s one I sold a few months back. Common coin, uncommon condition (67+cac), and a stellar Phil-Era TV that brings a tear to my eye…

I'm happy with this. (MS62)
Everything is all right!
It was a long search for an 1857-D in PCGS/CAC. I was able to add this one, formerly of the Star City set, last month.
