Photo from the Nor'easter snow storm from last night - we got about 15". This wave of the storm lasted 2 hours and dumped about 6".

A PSA for my friends that read this thread:
“ Be VERY CAREFUL with emails asking to update information, I just got an email from “Citi” asking me to add a mobile phone number, the email looked real but I didn’t trust it entirely, so I deleted the email, and opened the app to add the mobile number in there that way…
Sure enough they already had it. If it’s a spoof email, it looked REALLY legit.
Don’t EVER click links in emails is my advice”

This is something I wouldn’t feel comfortable doing.
I lived in the country when I was growing up. I used to climb oak trees when I was young, think around 5years old. I would be up in the top of trees that were 80 to 100 feet tall with the tree swaying 5 feet or more in the wind. To be young and have no thoughts about mortality. LOL6 -

In the forefront one can see the outline of the foundation for the garage. Below the wood floor is a basement/crawlspace. It will be interesting to see how the flooring will be reinforced sufficiently to bear the weight of the vehicles.

Mount Greylock, the Highest Point in Massachusetts
At 3,491 feet, Mount Greylock is the highest point in Massachusetts. From its peak on a clear day, you can see as far as 90 miles away.

That "lighthouse" is actually the Massachusetts Veterans War Memorial built around 1930
.
For reference, the granite quarry in Quincy, MA is about 150 miles from Mount Greylock
