I'll confirm with my contractor friends, but I think that is correct. Suspect our R Factor for insulation is higher as well though we are trying to keep the heat in instead of the heat out.

To bridge the gap here is a pot of "Suicide Stew" from when I lived in Japan decades ago. Each person who came to the party brought something to add and as I recall the result was questionable. Sort of a one pot potluck.

Ya ditto. He’s celebrating his 20th birthday. Likes the couch arms🙀🐈 As you can see enjoys sharpening his claws 🤨. The den gets a lot of use and he’s figured out how to remove the couch cover. 😂
