Friday Fun with UV light, some Vitamin E softgels which just so happen to glow under UV, my iPhone and photoshop express 🌞
I dropped a glowing Vitamin E Softgel and caught it dropping on my iPhone.
And made these in Photoshop Express 🌞
Enjoying a British Christmas Tradition - the pulling and "popping" of exploding Poppers to reveal their hidden trinket toys, paper crown hats, and printed riddles. This year's trinket toys were wind up reindeers ready to race.
The competitors don their paper crowns in conjunction with the reindeer race.
I miss the pre-COVID time when embassies in Washington DC would allow visitors or have a function. Picture is from an event that I attended at the Royal Thai Embassy in Washington DC.

I think I have seen that mountain with the outstretched arms atop in a photo taken from Rio de Janeiro. Didn't know it snows in Brazil though.
When I was a child growing up in the Bronx they would plow the snow into huge mounds like this and we'd play King of the Mountain for days until it melted.

Inside Harvard's Annenberg Hall. [Only Freshman may enter this hall, for dining, the public may not enter this building]
A lot of students refer to it as just the 'berg.

The sneak pass is probably one of my most favorite maneuvers performed by the US Navy’s Blue Angels and the US Air Force’s Thunderbirds. Typically executed by the Number 5 Hornet (Lead Solo) with the Blues, it involves a high speed pass over unaware spectators who are busy trying to get a glimpse of the other jets off in the distance forming up. The pass can be as low as 50-100 feet, and generally reaches speeds of 700 miles per hour (for reference, the speed of sound is 768 mph). You don’t hear the roar of the engines until the jet’s already moving past you, and it tends to be a really thrilling, heart-pounding experience!

Interesting. I am trying to remember whether as a father of a freshman I was allowed entry.
Access to the stacks of the school’s library was made available to me for some research I was doing. Curious if that would presently be allowed - especially since some valuable holdings were smuggled out in subsequent years,

I would think at least on "orientation" days, parents would be allowed in.
