If you are signed in just hit your back button if page does not reload. Keep hitting your back button or refresh only. It worked for me. Don't open a new window and try to get in the site again. I used internet explorer.
Ordered 10. Really only want 1 or 2. May have to sell as a whole and be on the secondary market myself at some point, for that 1 or 2, but we shall see.

Apparently the Mint's much vaunted new software isn't much better than the old. Got in at 12 EXACTLY and I had to reload constantly. Finally got my order in at 12:09. Why is every limited edition Mint offering an utter disaster? I feel for the first day, there should be an ordering limit of one, to discourage dealers from having their minions buy everything.

Hi Miles,
I guess that I should count my blessings.
I was able to buy two 2015 plats which sold out in 7 minutes. Fortunately, with the high mintage I knew that I've have more time with these.
I'm concerned about the half and quarter ouncers as well as the '16 plat if that has a low mintage. May well get shut out by computer issues if I don't get this worked out.
I'd love to know how some folks always seem to get an order in in 3 minutes.
what a mess.....site crashes...CC info appears then poofs..... enter info manualy...then goes poof.... get threw all that for the terms and condition box to never appear! What a joke!
I only got some to help a great forum member out. If it was not for them I would have walked away from this mess!!!!

Order one: @11:02 (or so): USM041170xx
Order two: @11:08: USM041222xx
A lot of resets and errors.
Alright guys and gals, when you have time PLEASE spill the beans!
HOW do you all order so fast???
I checked to be sure that my info was correct in my account at 11:30.
When I order low demand items no prob.
Once again, just like w the plat, for a high demand item I have to re-enter all manner of items. UGH!!!!!!!!!!!!
As soon as I select a shipping address it resets, one issue after the next. Some of you all order in seconds.
Please help those of us who are having these issues.
Had this been the 2015 Plat I'd have been hosed.
The half and quarter ouners may sell out fast.
Would love to know how it's done.
Thanks!!
Worst experience in quite smoe time..USM04123xxx, about ten minutes. Crash and burn, crash and burn....
11 minutes for me. SUCKS!!!!!!!! WHY can't they just get this down. Just amazing... SO sick of this garbage.
Even if they do, with such a high mintage the market will be flooded.

Dang... stepped away from desk and got held up. Sold out.
Sold out or back order? If I recall, those are two different things.

Does anyone have any insight as to whether they will mint the entire limit of 125k?
There have been a couple of sources confirming all 125K have been stuck and delivered to Memphis.
