I don't quite understand the people who said they missed out on this one. As long as you were in front of a computer at noon there was no difficulty getting an order in. Unfortunately I forgot to change the quantity and only got one.

It is a shame and a waste that this, and many other issues' OGP will be largely trashed. Such a waste. Should b an option to purchase some modern issues in just capsules.
I ordered 5 sets of these and so did my sister who lives in Hawaii. My order was put in first, her order went in a few minutes later (around 2500 order numbers apart).
My sister received her shipping notice today and the coins are going to her via USPS Priority Mail (because it's Hawaii) and she got 5 separate tracking numbers... so it seems they are being sent to her one at a time for some reason.
No shipping notice on my earlier order, but when I received my order confirmation it said they'll be coming via FedEx Smartpost. Looks like folks in Hawaii will have coins in hand before they get to Southern California

This was a very much appreciated improvement with the new fulfillment company. Previously we in Hawaii had to wait 3 weeks for Stupid Post to deliver when regular 1st Class would have been 4 days. Now standard shipping to us is Priority Mail (1st Class would have been sufficient). My opinion is to eliminate Stupid Post entirely for everybody and utilize USPS for standard delivery, UPS/Fedx for rush delivery. Two choices, simple, done.
Then strict shipping by order number, no jumping the line. No bulk order priority shipping. Strict household order limits enforced; limit one in the first 24 hours, after 24 hours what ever the number for that product that was set.

Sour puss. I'm in it for the medal also. Sounds like you are just trying to bring everyone down. Please chill your vibe. Kris
I was a Monkey
My sister received her shipping notice today and the coins are going to her via USPS Priority Mail (because it's Hawaii) and she got 5 separate tracking numbers... so it seems they are being sent to her one at a time for some reason.
No shipping notice on my earlier order, but when I received my order confirmation it said they'll be coming via FedEx Smartpost. Looks like folks in Hawaii will have coins in hand before they get to Southern California
Michael Kittle Rare Coins --- 1908-S Indian Head Cent Grading Set --- No. 1 1909 Mint Set --- Kittlecoins on Facebook --- Long Beach Table 448
<< <i>The people who would like to collect these sets intact will have a harder time finding them, because many sets will be busted up to have that ugly reverse Proof dollar graded. That sort of defeats the whole purpose of using these sets to educate the public about Harry Truman's administration. The booklet that comes with it will be trashed and the medals will be scrapped. >>
It is a shame and a waste that this, and many other issues' OGP will be largely trashed. Such a waste. Should b an option to purchase some modern issues in just capsules.

<< <i>I ordered 5 sets of these and so did my sister who lives in Hawaii. My order was put in first, her order went in a few minutes later (around 2500 order numbers apart).
