There were a couple of completely useless steps in the process that could have been eliminated to speed things along: "Shipping" and "Confirm" There was only one shipping choice, so why the page? Same with the Confirm step - one would think that the Paypal payment is confirmation enough. It was probably a web package with those steps built in and rather than pay to customize it, they just went with the generic version...
I would hope they worked a deal with PCGS to slab them and threw the cost in the 99 dollar shipping, It might turn out very nice. As to all the folks that listed their complete order number in a post, be careful, there are nasty tolls out there that could try to do you harm

Oh yea...to those who complain that folks who bought at issue are making a lot selling these....THEY EARNED IT - I'm not talking about he Friends of GC, but those getting one at a time!!! Many on this forum took the day off work, dealt with this totally frustrating process, have kept up with the forum, etc, etc...... There is a price for simply clicking BIN on Ebay to get one.
Again, it will be interesting so see if these are rejects. On the other hand, if we end up with order number 3700 then we know that this is not the case and it may be worth grading the good ones.

9. WAIVER AND RELEASE. Buyer, for himself, his heirs, agents, successors and assigns, generally and specifically waives and releases, and forever discharges A-MD, and its respective affiliates, parents, shareholders, agents, subsidiaries, officers, employees, members of their respective boards of directors, and each of them, and their respective successors and assigns from any and all claims, rights, demands and cause of action and suits, of whatever kind or nature, including but not limited to claims based upon Seller's negligence, whether in law or equity, whether known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, which Buyer may claim to have with respect to and/or arising out of, or in connection with any challenge to the title to or authenticity of any goods purchased, the sale itself, and/or the Product, except where such reimbursement is otherwise expressly authorized in these Terms and Conditions of Sale. It is the intention of Buyer that this waiver and release shall be effective as a bar to each and every claim, demand, cause of action and suit that may rise hereunder or be related to the Product Sale and Buyer hereby knowingly and voluntarily waives any and all rights and benefits otherwise conferred upon him by the provisions if Section 1542 of the California Civil Code, which reads in full as follows:
"A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS WHICH THE CREDITOR DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE, WHICH IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER MUST HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR."
10. DISPUTES. Buyer acknowledges and agrees that the competent courts of the State of California shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute(s) arising hereunder, and Buyer hereby agrees that any dispute arising hereunder shall be litigated exclusively in the courts of the State of California, regardless of any party's current or future residence or domicile. Buyer further agrees that venue shall be in the Superior Court for Los Angeles County in the State of California. Buyer agrees that any legal action with respect to this Product Sale is barred unless commenced within ninety days (90) of the date of the subject Product Sale. The Buyer shall bear the costs of such proceeding, except that each party shall be solely responsible for its own legal fees and related costs.
11. GENERAL TERMS.
a. These Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be construed and enforced in accordance with and governed by, the laws of the State of California, regardless of the location of the Product Sale or the Buyer.
b. These Terms and Conditions of Sale and the information on the Website constitute the entire agreement between the parties hereto on the subject matter hereof and supersede all other agreements, understandings, warranties and representations concerning the subject matter hereof.
c. If any section of these Terms and Conditions of Sale or any term or provision of any section is held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining sections or terms and provisions of a section shall continue in full force and effect without being impaired or invalidated in any way.
d. A-MD reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time, without notice. Buyers and participants are bound by the Terms and Conditions of Sale posted on the Website at the time of the Product Sale.
e. Neither A-MD nor any affiliated or related company shall be responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising out of any failure of the Terms and Conditions of Sale, the Product or the conduct thereof and in no event shall their liability exceed the purchase price paid.

k. Buyer acknowledges and agrees that neither A-MD, nor its employees, affiliates, agents, third-party providers or consignors warrant that process of purchasing the coins will be unimpaired, uninterrupted or error free and accordingly shall not be liable for such events.
l. These coins are only being sold in five coins set, consisting of: one Grand Canyon National Park coin; one Hot Springs National Park coin; one Mount Hood National Forest coin; one Yellowstone National Park coin; and one Yosemite National Park coin. Coins will not be sold individually under any circumstances.
m. Sales of above described coin sets are strictly limited to one set per household.
n. Charges identified as shipping and handling at time of purchase include charges for shipping, packaging, insurance, handling and payment processing.

WHY didn't A-MARK have a quicker web process w/less junk on each page?
THANKS to whomever told me about the F5. I tried that about 13:30, it took forever to load and then each page/step took about 10". The couple steps on PayPal were fun - the only things that were fast.
Oh yea...to those who complain that folks who bought at issue are making a lot selling these....THEY EARNED IT - I'm not talking about he Friends of GC, but those getting one at a time!!! Many on this forum took the day off work, dealt with this totally frustrating process, have kept up with the forum, etc, etc...... There is a price for simply clicking BIN on Ebay to get one.
Again, it will be interesting so see if these are rejects. On the other hand, if we end up with order number 3700 then we know that this is not the case and it may be worth grading the good ones.
