Haven't updated for a few days. Added the following:

    Basketball
HOFer Nate Thurmund - 1970 Topps, 1970 Topps AS, 1971 Topps, 1972 Topps, 1974 Topps, 1975 Topps (SCN Signing)
1987-88 Fleer Ricky Green (TTM but kept my 86 Fleer)

    Baseball
2011 Heritage Madison Bumgarner (Dodger Stadium IP) - Thanks Jes.

    Hockey
    1971-72 Topps Tracy Pratt

    Golf
1981 and 1982 Donruss Hubert Green (TTM)
1981 and 1982 Donruss Lon Hinkle (TTM)
1981 and 1982 Donruss Larry Nelson (TTM)
1981 and 1982 Donruss David Graham (TTM)
1982 and 1982 Donruss Jack Renner (TTM)
1981 and 1982 Donruss Leonard Thompson (he also included two other ProSet cards of his own)

Finally, attended a big Dodger Comunity event on Sunday and added Ken Landreaux to my 1981 Dodgers team OMLB and Tim Leary to my 1988 World Series ball. Unfortunately Ron Cey ruined my 1981 World Series MVP ball. I asked him if he would please sign under steve Yeager (under the WS logo) and he flipped it around and signed on the other side. I guess I have to start another team ball. Joy.

Got my lithograph back from Dr J and Moses Malone today! Looks awesome. Now 26/46. No future signings that have been posted with any of the remaining 20 right now so it may be with me for awhile!

Also added FB HOFer Joe Schmidt on 58/59 Topps cards and Rod Thorn on a 70 Topps.

Edgar Renteria was doing a private signing and since I'll pick up the occasional World Series MVP ball and he'll probably retire to the Dominican and never be heard from again, I figured I'd get in on it. Still need him on my '10 Giants team ball but I couldn't afford both. I'm more focused on ASG MVPs but this one came out nice. Also added Dave Goltz to my '81 WS Champion Dodgers team ball. Now have 10/24. Also added the following set cards:

    Hockey
    71-72 Topps Eddie Joyal
71-72 Topps Mickey Redmond (now 31/132 on the set)

    Football:
    1955 Bowman Eddie LeBaron RC
    1957 Topps Ron Waller
    1958 Topps Ron Waller
1958 Topps Eddie LeBaron (really like this set signed - it's not completable for me due to cost and passed away guys but I figure half complete would be reasonable)

    Basketball
    1987-88 Fleer Brad Daugherty RC
    1989-90 Fleer Brad Daugherty

    Golf
    1981 Donruss Mike Reid
    1982 Donruss Mike Reid
1990 ProSet Mike Reid (he added this one himself)

I don't delve into non-sport cards very much but a month ago I saw that Adam West and Burt Ward were appearing at an autograph show literally 3 minutes from me. I am an unabashed fan of the 60's Batman series and I asked around about what kind of cards they had. TheDutyMon (Neil) recommended the '66 Batlaffs set so I took my cards and some for another member and got these three done. There seems to have been a bit of a pen fail on card #1 (the Bruce Wayne card - which I would think is considered Adam West's "rookie" card). The first Batman card in the set is #13 but I couldn't find a copy of the US Version so I bought the British version instead. The Robin (Burt Ward) card is a PSA 5 crackout.

Awesome Batman cards Mike. I recently got back a signed Batman card from Adam West TTM. Unfortunately for me Burt Ward does not sign TTM. I still have one out to the original TV Catwoman, Julie Newmar!

I met Newmar and Lee Mariwether yesterday too. Mike Navarro had sent me cards for signing. It was partially why I went. Both Catwoman ladies were super nice. Doug, Ward appears here all the time, if you desperately needed something, his show fee was $30

I took some items for the Hall of Fame Sports Magic Johnson signing last weekend. With some small exceptions, everything sees to have went well. I got a couple things done for myself. I've never had a jersey signed before so I thought it might be fun. Hate the Lakers so I opted for Michigan State. I like it but I think I prefer signing on the back numbers. Will remember that next time and may put this one up for trade. also added an 89-90 Fleer Magic.

Thanks. I got it for the podcast studio. I plan on putting Magic on one side and Larry on the other but since I hate the Lakers, I figured College Jerseys would look good.

Went over to a local paid signing today. Elgin Baylor appears around town every so often but I was anxious to add him to my 69 Topps set. Gail Goodrich signs a lot TTM but these Media Guides are my favorite collection and I wanted a nice signature on it.

Added: 1969 Topps Elgin Baylor (now 74/98 on this set - 75.5%)

Gail Goodrich on 1972 Lakers Media Guide (need West/Riley/McMillan/Flynn Robinson to finish - Wilt and Happy Hairston have passed)

Postman got here early today. We usually get our mail at like 5:30pm. It's super annoying. Only when there is a fill in do we get it around 2. Added a bunch of set cards:

    BKB
    1972-73 Topps Geoff Petrie
    1973-74, 1977-78, 1978-79 Topps Don Buse

    Hockey
    1971-72 Topps Jacques Lemaire
    1971-72 and 1972-73 Garry Unger

Now 33/132 (25%) on 1971-72 Hockey not including any of the multi-signed leaders cards that are unfinished.

<< <i>Awesome to see Kyle Macy....I named my son Kyle after him. >>

Talk about a sharpshooter, he was 52.5% (AT GUARD!!!) from the floor and 91.2% from the line his senior year at Kentucky. That's otherworldly.

More set cards for a bunch of my sets:

First, I bought a pack of 2010-11 SP Authentic basketball a couple weeks ago and really fell in love with the base set. Love the college uniforms. I looked up the 100 card checklist and it's a great mix of stars, college stars, women players and coaches...and all in NCAA or High School uniforms. So needless to say, because there no deceased players included (i'm assuming on purpose), I had to send out some TTM's to see if it's a completable set. So I got the first one back...

    ADDED:
    BKB
2010 SP Authentic: HOFer Bill Sharman
    1970, 71 and 72 Topps Mel Counts
    1978, 79 and 81 Junior Bridgeman
    1973 and 78 Austin Carr
    1972 Cazzie Russell
    1972 Nate Archibald AS
1970 and 71 Topps Tom Van Arsdale

    BASEBALL
1973 Don Stanhouse Rookie. I had asked him to inscribe Full Pack but alas, he did not.

    HOCKEY
1971 Keith Magnuson (SCN Trade). He's my first deceased addition to 1971 Topps
1971 and 72 Topps Jude Drouin - now at 37/132 in hand on 71 Topps with about 30-35 more out in the mail or at private signings.

Went to the 1980 Champion Dodgers Reunion with the goal of picking up Pedro Guerrero on a ball. Will add Co-MVP's Cey/Yeager who both live in town. Needed to get Pedro first though.

Also, More set cards over the last couple days:

    HOCKEY
1970 and 1971 Topps Jim Pappin (smeared, likely due to being put back in cardsaver too fast. I'll upgrade if I get close to finishing 71 set)

1971 and 1972 Topps Dale Tallon

    1971 Topps Ernie Wakely

now 40/132 in hand and mailed out a bunch more today

    BASKETBALL
    1978 Topps Steve Hawes

1970 and 1972 Topps Dick Garrett

1978, 1979 and 1981 Topps Lionel Hollins (what a nice guy - rooting for Grizz this year if there is a season)

    2010 SP Authentic Rod Hundley

2010 SP Authentic Steve Alford (usually I don't mind personalization but on this particular set I'm going to try to avoid just because the set is so clean. Would like to have this one without it.

Saturday and Monday were huge maildays. My wife was away about 3 weeks ago and I sent out about 50 requests that week. They're coming back fast:

    HOCKEY
    1971 and 72 Terry Harper
    1971 Bob Plager (SCN help)
    1971 and 72 Tim Ecclestone
    1971 and 72 Ralph Backstrom
    1971 Dennis Hextall
1971 Checklist (signature is 1971-72 Stanley Cup winning GM and Hockey HOFer Milt Schmidt. I thought that was a cool way to do the checklist)

    FOOTBALL
    1958 and 59 Raymond Berry
1957 and 59 Darrell "Pete" Brewster

    BASKETBALL
    1971 and 72 Jim Fox
    1970, 71 and 73 Henry Finkel
    1981 and 1986 Phil Hubbard
    2010 SP Authentic Terry Porter
    2010 SP Authentic Jim Calhoun
2010 SP Authentic Jerry Sloan (didn't take my donation)

Funny thing about the SP Authentic's is that I thought they'd look awesome signed in blue and I have 7 returned so far and none in blue. Black, Silver and Pencil. Pretty funny.

Absolutely loving the 71 hockey set. 69-73 hockey are all underrated for design. They look great signed too! I've now eclipsed the 40% mark on the 71 set. Hoping to cross 60% by the new year.

Haven't seen this Bruins program in awhile. It's been out for three signings w/o ever being returned to me in between. Added:

1971-72 Stanley Cup Champion Boston Bruins - added:
    Phil Esposito
    Wayne Cashman
    Dallas Smith

Hockey (now 63/132 on 1971-72 Topps)
    1971-72 Wayne Cashman
    1971-72 Gilbert Perreault
1971-72 Bob Nevin (bought this one off ebay - needs to be send in for authentication)
    1969-70 Dallas Smith

    BKB
    Walter Davis, 1978, 1989 and 2010 cards
    Jon McGlocklin 1971 (he's shooting a 3 in this card), 1973 and 1975
    Sam Perkins 1986, 1987, 1989 an 2010

Got my items back from John today. Once again he was kind enough to take my stuff with him to the SunTimes Show in Chicago last weekend. With the exception of the Jim Neilson cards which were TTM returns, the rest if from John:

    Added:
1964-65 Celtics Media Guide - Bill Russell - this thing is coming out amazingly well!

FB HOFer Barry Sanders RC & Mini Helmet (it was his cheapest show price ever so I took advantage)
FB HOFer Jim Brown Mini Helmet ($20 cheaper than usual)
    FB HOFer Jack Lambert RC

HK HOFer Gordie Howe 1971-72 Topps for my set
HK HOFer Phil Esposito started my 1971-72 Assist leaders card. Sending in with Scoring leaders card for Bobby Orr soon

Jim Neilson 1971 and 1975 Topps cards TTM - Now 65/132 on 1971 Topps. One more to go to hit the 50% mark (hopefully Friday). I now think 125/132 is the best I can ever do on the set. A guy like Wayne Maki will be nearly impossible (died in 1974). I did manage to pick up a deceased guy this week on eBay though. Hasn't arrived yet.

Now 53.7% on 1971-72 hockey. What a fun set. Not sure how I'll ever get the Wayne Maki or Dunc McCallum (they passed away really young) or if Ken Dryden will ever do an affordable signing but I think 120/132 is a realistic goal! Barclay Plager was one of the ones I thought would be most difficult (he passed away in 1988). when I saw a BIn appear from Rich Altman last week, I jumped on it. Will send to PSA next time someone does an auto sub.

    HOCKEY:
    1971 Barclay Plager (eBay purchase)
    1971 / 1973 Syl Apps Jr
    1971 Allan Hamilton
    1971 Ron Schock (eBay purchase)
    1970 / 1971 Jim Dorey
    1971 Bob Pulford (personalized)

    BASKETBALL:
    1986 and 1987 Randy Wittman
    1971 / 1972 / 1973 Larry Jones
    1972 / 1973 Jim Barnett

Mike ... very nice additions. Congrats!
    STAY HEALTHY!

Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.
