Hey all! Thought I was going to sell the cello pack, but my OCD wouldn't allow it. image

Here is the front and back, amazing clean pack! Also, I just had to have a 1959 common PSA 10. I wanted one with a pic/pose I like. This one works great! Looks like batting cage, stadium/grass, and a great baseball pose. Plus it's 1/4 pop, so price was right. Impressed with the centering, and clean green field.

I am sorry Don. I cannot pay even my lower counter of $2000 for the salesman panel even with a HOFer on it. The panel you own actually sold for $593 in fall of 2013. I believe an offer of double that of $1200 is more then fair. Thank you.

Looking good, Don! Although you didn't know it, you and I are racing each other in this set. I'm trying to see if I can get to all 8's before you get to all 9's. I'm losing the battle. image

Bob-- maybe then you would be further along just buying the cards Don upgraded.

And I thought you told me you did not like those little circle cards anyway

Great card Don. First player to have the best League ERA while pitching for a last place team. Still living in Pittsburgh with his wife of 55 years

What's the story with the yellow/green bottom corner? Were all copies of the card printed that way?
  • Options
    bishopbishop Posts: 2,917 ✭✭✭
Dan---print defect but common and recurring. Not sure a completely clean version exists

Think how awesome this card would be if Lee was wearing sun glasses.

Walls died back in 1993. I wonder how many guys from the set are still with us

    Thanks Dan, Dan and Al....

Good question, Al....many have passed but there are some notables still with us....Mays, Aaron, Cepeda, Schoendienst, Gibson, Herzog to name a few.....

This card has always been one of my favorite cards in the set.....the pose, color and player make it an awesome card.
