Hey all! Thought I was going to sell the cello pack, but my OCD wouldn't allow it.
Here is the front and back, amazing clean pack! Also, I just had to have a 1959 common PSA 10. I wanted one with a pic/pose I like. This one works great! Looks like batting cage, stadium/grass, and a great baseball pose. Plus it's 1/4 pop, so price was right. Impressed with the centering, and clean green field.
"Pitching wins pennants. And the Tigers have four potential 20 game winners. Don Mossi, Frank Lary, Jim Bunning and Paul Foytack." - Charlie Bodell (Nicolas Cage) from Peggy Sue Got Married
"I think the guy must be practicing voodoo or something. Check out his eyes. Rico's crazier than a peach orchard sow." -- Whitey Herzog, Spring Training 1973
That is outstanding!! A 1959 Topps Pafko blank back and an unopened cello with Covington....your Braves collection is shaping up to be sweet!!

I have some more 1959's you may be interested in.

I am sorry Don. I cannot pay even my lower counter of $2000 for the salesman panel even with a HOFer on it. The panel you own actually sold for $593 in fall of 2013. I believe an offer of double that of $1200 is more then fair. Thank you.
Looking good, Don! Although you didn't know it, you and I are racing each other in this set. I'm trying to see if I can get to all 8's before you get to all 9's. I'm losing the battle.
Good question, Al....many have passed but there are some notables still with us....Mays, Aaron, Cepeda, Schoendienst, Gibson, Herzog to name a few.....
This card has always been one of my favorite cards in the set.....the pose, color and player make it an awesome card.

Love the Shantz. Just picked up a small lot of beaters from this set and a gray back Shantz was among them. Also included a Skowron. I forget the others. Anyway, nice card!
Jim...thanks and, yes, I do have some 8's for sale that I will put on ebay within the next few weeks. Send me an email and I will give you a list of them.

Think how awesome this card would be if Lee was wearing sun glasses.
Walls died back in 1993. I wonder how many guys from the set are still with us

I thought Al knew all about baseball. Guess not!
Edit to add: Don, that Kluszewski card is awesome!

I am so much more impressed by registry set collectors who prioritize eye appeal, as Mariner obviously does.
