Not yet, but I had one hit QA2 yesterday. The other (received the 29th) just hit Grading the end of last week.

One pointed comment gonna get off my chest - to say I'm disappointed in the CRC / QA process on internally damaged items is an understatement
I used to handle this stuff years ago when I was a credit manager at an international cheese importer
Pathetic is how I'll word the process as is processed currently. Fix the problems please- it has been ongoing 18 months now
Gotta keep worrying about internal damages every time I mail items. No matter how much bubble I use or how well it's packed. Or how thick the internal and external boxes are- still getting stuff back damaged
And since they are literally slamming these through to make "numbers"= yeah- here we go again another round expected of damages. I take video and detailed notes of my subs. I know what cards exhibited what issues before I mailed them
Gotta file my latest CRC today and they still haven't looked at May .
While I am appreciative of hard work- not so much when it keeps hitting my wallet

They haven’t done that either. The order made it to shipping and then just went on vacation it seems.

$18 60 card sub grades popped thursday. went in system 7.28. not shipped yet. $22 is too much for bulk, they need to lower it especially w market tanking.

So I had an $18 sub pop last night that was received on 8/8. I had a $30 sub that was in QA1 on that date and is still in QA1 today. Note to self never sub at $30 level again.

I hope so. I must be one of the rare odd people that doesn't like to check them online. I did that once and wasn't happy with the grades on that order, so now I prefer to be surprised when they arrive. 🙂

I figured paying for the Economy service I would get fairly decent service, at least getting 90 day turnaround. I have two submissions from 6/14 and 6/17. One just hit Assembly last week. One is still in grading.
They are vintage cards so that could be the issue if they have less graders qualified for those.
Just had a National $18 special complete in 41 days. Arrived 8/11, USPS tracking ETA back to me 9/22.
Twenty cards from 1997. How do I feel about the grades overall? I give it an 8.
Is it safe to say that everyone's backlog orders have shipped then with the exception being if the order had issues? I noticed they've removed the CTD dates from their customer comms page. I take that believe they should be caught up then.
I have a $30 per card sub that was entered on 6/14 that has been in QA1 for 6 weeks now. Frustrating to see all the $18 special subs popping from up to 2 months later.

Wow, long time customer! What's the magic price point you need PSA to hit?
Im more concerned with my cards coming back with extra wear. Had several that look like they were sent through some type of machine and they shredded the corners. Anything with color like 1962,1971, or 1969 FB cards are coming back not like I sent them. Or with flipped corners. Hoping they change up whatever method they are using to scan these as thats where I think the damage is coming from. I have a theory gemamint is something like this machine. Yeah, that's scary if you have too many cases of damage. Better to let them sort it out. It doesn't even sound like they've reached a point where they are acknowledging a problem though.

I had one pop last week and there were 6 or 8 that were over the $199 value and they didn't pop me for upcharges. I appreciated that.

I got my order today. PSA definitely gets an A+ for their shipping speed. I am super impressed that the package can be picked up by Fedex at 4:00 PM and it gets to me in Toronto through customs before noon the next day. I don't think I get anything delivered that fast even when coming from locally.
I am pleased that all my cards do not appear to have sustained any damage from their handling, and I didn't receive any of those unnecessary thicker slabs.
Comparing with my expected grades, I had:
10 with my expected grade
3 better than my expected grade
7 less than my expected grade
1 not graded because of minimum size requirement 🙁
1 not graded because they told me they cannot safely slab the card without risking damage to it (an Upper Deck fine silver card)
Overall, some disappointments, but not the worst. I'm overall fairly happy with the order.
Oooo... my first Special just popped now. This arrived 7/22 and entered 8/2. CC was charged immediately, so this one I don't think will get stuck in shipping.
Let’s see some grades! I have an Econ sub in qa2 that I’m waiting on. Sadly there’s a few Lance cards in it but I was able to pull out some other lance cards from another Econ sub before it went out.
My final submission in the queue hit the problem order bin. I got an email today notifying me they damaged a card during holdering and asking if I want them to holder it or send it back raw. I told them to send it raw. Fortunately it was a cheap card. I had historically listed the values of cards I submitted at only a few dollars each because I have my own insurance and I don't want to pay to insure the return shipment twice. The downside is if something happens to the card during grading, they will use the stated value for compensation. So in the future, I need to list what I actually paid for the card so I am covered in the event of damage during grading.
Got my first batch of $18 special back in about 6 weeks. Should eb here on Saturday. I was pretty happy with the grades on a 96-present order. All about what I thought they'd be. 50% on 10s.

I just received my 20 card National Special (1996-newer) order today. This was a mix of Jordan cards and some hockey cards. I was not terribly accurate with my grade estimates on this one. Cards look nicely holdered with no damage or anything, but some puzzling and surprising grades. It also turned out to be a 19 card order because I got another minimum size required which is frustrating.
8 cards match my predicted grade
5 cards better than my predicted grade
6 cards worse than my predicted grade
Most extreme was a 6 that I was expected to be a 9. I'm looking at the card now and still have no idea whatsoever what is wrong with it. Has to be something really small hiding on the surface somewhere I guess.

10 cards graded as I expected, 6 higher than I expected. Including one I thought was an 8/8.5 that got a 10. The rest were borderline 9/10 and in all of those cases I got a 9 so not disappointing and in-line with what I expected. Much like @MarshallFaulk28 posted, I did get a 5 on a card I thought was a lock for a 10. I look at them under a 10x desk magnifier with a halogen lamp and then under a 12x lighted loupe and I didn't see anything. Usually a 5 indicates a back surface wrinkle and this is a 2020 premium-stock card so I'm very anxious to see what I missed. It better not come back damaged.
Two other $18 modern subs are still in assembly and the other two $18 Pre-1996 subs are in R&ID after being there for 47 days now. I have 3 more subs headed to Newport Beach this week too. Gonna be an expensive couple of months.

So I had a sub pop on Wednesday mid afternoon -- - still yet to ship? What is up with that? If you run my card ship it.
The shipping department is not currently breaking any speed records. My order that moved to the Shipping stage a full week ago hasn't even popped the grades yet let alone actually shipped.
Have they charged your credit card? If so grades should be available

$18 60 card sub grades popped thursday. went in system 7.28. not shipped yet. $22 is too much for bulk, they need to lower it especially w market tanking.
Wow, that’s unacceptable under any circumstance, let alone when they are charging the grading fees they are right now. Amateur hour.
So I had an $18 sub pop last night that was received on 8/8. I had a $30 sub that was in QA1 on that date and is still in QA1 today. Note to self never sub at $30 level again.

Ah, my grades popped and order shipped already! I'm pretty sure it had nothing to do with the e-mail I sent yesterday, but when someone at PSA looks at my e-mail in 15 business days and investigates, they will see my order has already shipped.
This value order arrived June 24, Entered June 30, started grading July 13, and completed today.
My 2 specials are both in the QA2 stage now.

I hope so. I must be one of the rare odd people that doesn't like to check them online. I did that once and wasn't happy with the grades on that order, so now I prefer to be surprised when they arrive. 🙂
This is true. I’ll going to have to go the CRC route after the fact to get a couple of cards corrected
I figured paying for the Economy service I would get fairly decent service, at least getting 90 day turnaround. I have two submissions from 6/14 and 6/17. One just hit Assembly last week. One is still in grading.
They are vintage cards so that could be the issue if they have less graders qualified for those.

Just had a National $18 special complete in 41 days. Arrived 8/11, USPS tracking ETA back to me 9/22.
Twenty cards from 1997. How do I feel about the grades overall? I give it an 8.
Good news that more of these are popping.
Is it safe to say that everyone's backlog orders have shipped then with the exception being if the order had issues? I noticed they've removed the CTD dates from their customer comms page. I take that believe they should be caught up then.
I have a $30 per card sub that was entered on 6/14 that has been in QA1 for 6 weeks now. Frustrating to see all the $18 special subs popping from up to 2 months later.

I am happy to see the results have been improving. Maybe when PSA first hired all of the new graders there was a breaking in period.

Have to admit I feel odd not having an order at PSA right now. Probably been the first time in 20 years Ive had nothing here.
Feels strange not clicking to see the progress of an order and just reading the boards.

Im more concerned with my cards coming back with extra wear. Had several that look like they were sent through some type of machine and they shredded the corners. Anything with color like 1962,1971, or 1969 FB cards are coming back not like I sent them. Or with flipped corners. Hoping they change up whatever method they are using to scan these as thats where I think the damage is coming from. I have a theory gemamint is something like this machine. Yeah, that's scary if you have too many cases of damage. Better to let them sort it out. It doesn't even sound like they've reached a point where they are acknowledging a problem though.
Another $18 pop. This time solid results. Nothing of any great value though. Mainly stuff for player sets
My $18 order popped yesterday. Arrived 7/27, entered 8/4. Was hit with the upcharge on my 4 Cale Makar Young Guns. Had some non-sport that could have been bumped too, but oddly it was only the Makar cards.
I had one pop last week and there were 6 or 8 that were over the $199 value and they didn't pop me for upcharges. I appreciated that.
I got my order today. PSA definitely gets an A+ for their shipping speed. I am super impressed that the package can be picked up by Fedex at 4:00 PM and it gets to me in Toronto through customs before noon the next day. I don't think I get anything delivered that fast even when coming from locally.
I am pleased that all my cards do not appear to have sustained any damage from their handling, and I didn't receive any of those unnecessary thicker slabs.
Comparing with my expected grades, I had:
10 with my expected grade
3 better than my expected grade
7 less than my expected grade
1 not graded because of minimum size requirement 🙁
1 not graded because they told me they cannot safely slab the card without risking damage to it (an Upper Deck fine silver card)
Overall, some disappointments, but not the worst. I'm overall fairly happy with the order.
My economy order from 6/17 just hit QA check 1. Another order from 6/13 is still in grading.
Oooo... my first Special just popped now. This arrived 7/22 and entered 8/2. CC was charged immediately, so this one I don't think will get stuck in shipping.
Let’s see some grades! I have an Econ sub in qa2 that I’m waiting on. Sadly there’s a few Lance cards in it but I was able to pull out some other lance cards from another Econ sub before it went out.
My final submission in the queue hit the problem order bin. I got an email today notifying me they damaged a card during holdering and asking if I want them to holder it or send it back raw. I told them to send it raw. Fortunately it was a cheap card. I had historically listed the values of cards I submitted at only a few dollars each because I have my own insurance and I don't want to pay to insure the return shipment twice. The downside is if something happens to the card during grading, they will use the stated value for compensation. So in the future, I need to list what I actually paid for the card so I am covered in the event of damage during grading.
I had one with a declared value of 50.00 they gave me 30.00. They went by past Psa sales as it went from a 8.5 to a 5
Got my first batch of $18 special back in about 6 weeks. Should eb here on Saturday. I was pretty happy with the grades on a 96-present order. All about what I thought they'd be. 50% on 10s.

National special hit QA1 and QA2 on Wednesday. About to conclude 3+ days in QA2, which seems unusual based on previous orders.
I have two $18 specials in assembly and two that arrived the same day, same box that are both in r&id. The two in assembly are modern and the two others are 1995 and earlier. I have an economy that has been in qa2 for 3-1/2 days as well. Thought for sure I’d have grades by EOD Friday but no such luck.
I have a $30 sub in QA2 for about the same time period. Description disappeared Friday. Hoping today is the day
I just received my 20 card National Special (1996-newer) order today. This was a mix of Jordan cards and some hockey cards. I was not terribly accurate with my grade estimates on this one. Cards look nicely holdered with no damage or anything, but some puzzling and surprising grades. It also turned out to be a 19 card order because I got another minimum size required which is frustrating.
8 cards match my predicted grade
5 cards better than my predicted grade
6 cards worse than my predicted grade
Most extreme was a 6 that I was expected to be a 9. I'm looking at the card now and still have no idea whatsoever what is wrong with it. Has to be something really small hiding on the surface somewhere I guess.
Overall:
10s - 6 (expected 7)
9s - 9 (expected 7)
8s - 1 (expected 5)
7s - 2 (expected 0)
6 - 1 (expected 0)
I'd say the whole order balanced out to slightly less than my expectation but not bad.
I should get my 20 card Special (1995-older) tomorrow. We'll see how that one turned out.
Grades popped this am on that econ order.
23 cards:
10 cards graded as I expected, 6 higher than I expected. Including one I thought was an 8/8.5 that got a 10. The rest were borderline 9/10 and in all of those cases I got a 9 so not disappointing and in-line with what I expected. Much like @MarshallFaulk28 posted, I did get a 5 on a card I thought was a lock for a 10. I look at them under a 10x desk magnifier with a halogen lamp and then under a 12x lighted loupe and I didn't see anything. Usually a 5 indicates a back surface wrinkle and this is a 2020 premium-stock card so I'm very anxious to see what I missed. It better not come back damaged.
Two other $18 modern subs are still in assembly and the other two $18 Pre-1996 subs are in R&ID after being there for 47 days now. I have 3 more subs headed to Newport Beach this week too. Gonna be an expensive couple of months.
