It looks like Washington is going to take down the Eagles. It's 27-17 in the 4th with 3:25 to go in the game.

This Eagles game has to be stressing stevek out. It looked like Philly was going to run away with it at the beginning and now Washington is fighting their guts out.

Well, it's no big deal because it was only the first pre-season game.

It’s to be a long season for the Philadelphia humming birds. How does your whole defensive line get injured in the pre-season when you didn’t play any pre-season games? Are these guys made of china?

Or it could be a short season if you just ignore them

I wouldn’t want to be that LIons rookie RB that just dropped a game winning TD in the end zone right now.

If the Cowboys lose tonight, then does that mean stevek will feel better about the Eagles loss?

Hey, You forgot about the AFC Champs.
Josh Allen 312 passing, 2 TD’s 60 yards rushing and a TD. And still they looked bad in the 2nd half. They need to learn to put teams away.

Brady and the Bucs will get it together. The Bucs play my Panthers next weekend, so the Bucs will be 1-1 next weekend. 😂😂

@doubledragon Feel free to insert this pic of Cam Newton arriving to the game toady into any pertinent thread. I know you'll make good use of the photo.

Jerry Rice always used to say, "Look good, play good." I don't know what to think about Cam's look, but in the end, winning is what matters.

    random thoughts......

i've been banging the Kyler drum since he was drafted and i'm not stopping now. showed off his wheels today in a big win @ San Fran to start the season. bold prediction: kid will be league MVP within 5 years

do not be a prisoner of the moment. Brady & Co. are gonna be just fine. today was their de facto 1st preseason game and not surprisingly they looked a tinge discombobulated against a tough team. i surmise that the outcome will be different when the Saints visit Tampa in November

the Browns need to permanently disband

    Some thoughts after week one.
    The Vikings. Huh?
The Saints. They are who we thought they were.
    The Seahawks. Easy as pie.
The Browns. They liked Johnny Manzell so much they drafted him twice.
The Bucs. You ain’t in Kansas any longer Mr Brady.
    The Colts. Phillip Rivers 2.0
    The Ravens. Easy peezy, japanesee
The Jets. Paper bag or mask?
The Chiefs. Hoohum Another one bites the dust.

2 QB’s that have high highs and low lows.
Carson Wentz and DeShaun Watson. Can’t count on either one to be consistent.

That's thing about Philadelphia Eagle fans. A guy has 10 good games, gets injured badly and comes back as a shadow of what he once was. It takes Eagle fans 10 years from them to figure out that the good games he had in him were played ten years ago.

Looks like Mayfield isn't even the best QB in the State of Ohio.
I'm actually wondering if his TV commercials' are going to come true and
he's going to be the janitor at the stadium in a couple years.
