Omg, I FINALLY got a V75 AGE!!! Thank G-d and thank the incredibly kind and generous members who have helped me out.
Was refreshing at 08:30, nothing at exactly 08:30. Couple more refreshs and, couldn't believe it, there it was. Blasted thru to submit, seemed to take FOREVER, was praying for once to see order summary w an order number and, after a week, thete it was.
Order confirmation email arrived at 08:31. Went to order status and there it is. Paid for next day shipping.
So happy but on pins and needles hoping that it doesn't get canceled for any reason.
Fingers crossed. Will b the pride of my AGE collection never to be sold.
Wishing everyone great luck. Profound thanks to all who shared.
Way to go!

Got the 24kt 1/2 oz just now, but I was ambivalent about it. I really like the design, but it was crazy expensive. Flippers on EBay already selling at cost at $1550. I hope this holds value over time, but I kind of doubt it.

$1550 is not cost, but not much markup.
No, it is at cost. There is typically 10-13% in fees, plus shipping.
Ok the gold was up. Was in processing and kicked out. So close.> @Raufus said:

I see an active auction with the bid up to $1550 thus far, but Ebay sold prices showing between $1625 and low $2000's. I agree the fees coupled with shipping would make it about cost if sold for $1550.

I kind of have the same feeling. Most of the gold coins I own are usually less than $200 over spot and this clocks in well above that.
Also just got my order confirmation for it a few minutes ago.

I'm zero in this to flip so having fellow collectors celebrate with me is great fun.
I really hope that the collectors here who want one and have yet to score 1 get it.
I just got off the phone with the mint having just received the order confirmation email at 8:51 to again ensure that there are no issues.
I will call PayPal next.
Same here......my ASE is staying in my possession as a prized piece in my collection. Growing up, I was always interested and fascinated with movies and books on WWII (The Big One),
My dad just told me that he was able to check out and get to the part where it was processing your order only to be disappointed that it didn’t go through. Really would like a set with gold and silver to go along with the ‘19S ERP I got earlier this year.
Just have to keep trying!

If its not already in your cart, is there a way to put it there when its "unavailable"? I've been trying for this thing since day one and no luck. Didn't leave it in my cart originally because that was holding up my silver purchase.
I was refreshing two browsers on the item page itself at 828-835 EST and never saw it change. Does it need to be in your bag or wish list to see the flip?

Omg. You're SO right. Beyond that its like disbelief. After a week, a zillion tries, frustration, disappointment, all the time invested, etc, etc, etc - after going from processing to kicked back - to see an order number truly is elation.
There are so many people having so many serious problems in the world today that worrying whether I get a gold coin or not seems trivial and wrong in some ways. I am a critical care anesthesiologist in a hospital hard hit by COVID. I have seen so much sickness and suffering and being that we have incredibly high risk jobs it has been extremely stressful as I am sure people can imagine. So having this bit of joy to add a prized coin to my collection is definitely a welcome, unexpected happy event that I take great joy in .

Good luck w your residency interview. I teach and advise med students, residents and fellows as a part of my position. I can't imagine residency zoom interviews vs in person and a visit. Your generation of med students has had quite an experience. Please be careful!! Good luck! Hoping for better days to come soon.

When u pay w PayPal on the order summary it notes PayPal w Pay.Gov in parenthesis and a number.
Thanks for any info.
"Pay.gov lets individuals, states and businesses make non-tax related payments to the federal government using the internet. Payments can be made to federal agencies using a U.S.-held bank account (through ACH Debit), a credit or debit card, or with a digital wallet, such as PayPal or Amazon Pay."

Sorry for the previously deleted comment. I just called the US Mint because my silver order placed within 10 minutes of "open" is still in the processing stage (order number is very low). I asked why it was still in processing and she stated that they are taking longer but a label was issued and everything is fine. I then stated that there are people out there that had their status go from "processing" to "canceled" and she stated that you will receive an email if your order is canceled. I said I knew that I am worried why the status would change not whether I would get an email after the fact. But here is the punch line, I asked why such a low order number would be delayed so long when other people already had coins delivered. She said (and this is a direct quote) "I can guarantee that nobody received their coins yet as no coins have been shipped as of today." I said that's not true there are photos of people with the coin and she said, "they are lying to you as I can guarantee that not one of these coins has been shipped". At that point I just said OK cause I realized that not one piece of information I am receiving can be trusted. This all transpired at 11:05 CT.
Just thought this story was weird/funny/dangerous

My conversations with the mint usually go like this:
Me: Hi there, I have a question about X.
Mint: Sure, I can help with that. Can you first tell me your name? What is your email? What is your address? And your phone number?
Me: (after giving all my personal info). So, what about X?
Mint: I really don’t know the answer to your question. Is there anything else I can help you with?
Me: No, actually, I don’t think there is anything else you can help with.

Yes. For the non-v75 coins it says Household Order Limit: None. Because that's what most people will get.

hate to see people posting that they got more than one gold...the US Mint really screwed collectors on this issue.

The number by the Pay.Gov is neither the PayPal transaction nor the source CC number. Must be the Pay.Gov number.
