Here’s some quick photos of a new purchase. A lovely coin IMO!
Kind of tough to image though. I’m still working on my photo set up after retirement and moving. @Swampboy was kind enough to pass one along when I had mentioned in a PM that I had hoped to pick one up.
I’m very thankful to this forum and for some of the new friends I’ve made here.
Thank you!

Here are a few new pick ups I purchased this morning. The first was for Ron , But this 15 D spoke to me.....and I heard ya brother loud and clear. RIP my friend.
Lastly I've been bitten by the CWT bug. What I find so interesting is that it only took 50 some years to be enticed by theses. As a YN every LCS had an old cigar box on the counter with CWT's very cheap....like the junk or cull boxes that one finds theses days.....well those days are gone but the hunt for newbies is still on...
I do realize many would disagree about this coin. I get it. Lol.
Love the characteristics of the coin. The Toning #1. Then the old school holder (fattie), The 64 grade isn't bad either.
Thanks guys

Got a very good deal on a bunch of junk silver quarters for our small bullion collection. Here is a picture of some of them as I was sorting them by year. I had fun picking through them and assembling a collection, though they were in kind of rough shape, for the most part, as would be expected. The stash also came with a few dimes, wartime nickels, etc. but it was mostly quarters.
Once I was done I looked on PCGS and found that I had about 80% of one of their basic sets, so that was fun considering before this my quarter collection (not counting U.S. Mint stuff) consisted of 3 or 4 even rougher silver quarters from my metal detector days back in the 70s.
My thinking going forward is to slowly replace the quarters as nicer ones come into my possession and toss the old ones back in the bullion pile.
The annual OHNS hobo tokens for 2002 were unveiled at the FUN show and this year we are issuing the tokens in silver, copper and gold. The obverse pictures George Washington "Bo" Hughes, and the reverse OHNS' Steam Locomotive. The gold specimens were struck for prepaid orders... of which there were only seven. The dies were cut by Ron Landis. These are priced at $20 for the silver, $10 for the copper, and $30 for the pair.
Here's my standard composition set:

From the Balt Show on Thurs.
Quick pic in hand then instantly handed it to my buddy to send to the Bean Factory.
