44 rolls of quarters, 2 are the new Sally Ride and 18 rolls of Lincoln's... Let the weekend begin!!!
Ditto my friend, ditto
Actually...if I had finished my day in time I was going to go do a couple hours at the Denver Coin Expo but my day was long.
Warm day, motorcycle day today, but also a very @joeykoins kind of day too lol.
Tomorrow I'm getting to the Coin Expo to be there when it opens
Stopped at the Credit Union for some rolls and my ONE half dollar roll again lol.
Stopped by my favorite Chase where my teller buddy put my bundle of 10 quarter rolls on the table and said "look at that!". He was right, 2 beautiful solid rolls of Sally Rides. He also had a few loose halves, I bought them too.
Stopped by my other chase and the lady in front of me who was maybe in her 30's and wearing work clothes, maybe a cleaning company or something dropped off a bunch of rolls to get cash...Told the teller, she knows me well, that I'd save her some time. I'll take all of those you don't have to mess with them, and her face lit up lol. I also bought all their loose halves and small dollars. No coin counting machine at that branch and she's told me in the past that they have to check the larger rolls (quarters, halves, small dollars) customers turn in for accuracy.

Skunk Weekend ~ 50 rolls and no silver and no W's...
But Monday morning Coin Star score, two Silver Mercury's makes the week look brighter!!! ( I know, wrong thread, but couldn't help it!!!!
I picked up two boxes of pennies and a box of nickels yesterday. I only went through the box of nickels but I found this Jefferson nickel that I'm told is a struck through capped die coin. I've never found one before and have to say I was extremely lucky to find this one.
I wonder if this nickel is worth getting it graded?

@JWP Awesome Find! Would love to find an error like that. In my opinion, not worth grading, took a quick look on eBay and it seems to be worth around $75. Congrats!

Lol, you gotta drive 2 hours and find that little sleepy town bank…. Just so they’ll deny you any rolls because you don’t have account with them. Yes, that is when you find those warm buttery rolls served up with some chicken fried steak.
My first real key coin find in CRHunting!
Sure, I found many varieties but no real key coins in any denominations.
The Coin is also in great condition too!
Found a few 1909 Lincolns in CRHunting before but not with the famous initials, VDB
Awesome!
35 more rolls to hunt. Who Knows?
Thanks guys

They run from 1956-1964. I'll show pics later.

Update on those dollar boxes I picked up. One speared or wounded eagle..... That will depend on where/who I submit it to.
You have to ask yourself where she's been sitting for 22 years?!?!? It was somewhere safe for sure.

@OAKSTAR Nice find and especially in an original roll where the state is mint.
What do you think? RPM or just some metal movement from a coin wrapping machine or a gumball machine mechanism?

I really dislike customer wrapped boxes and that’s what I got today. 8 nickel spacer coins including one from up north.
A silver did come of it which makes up for it.
