Coins struck on damaged and improperly annealed planchets are definitely considered errors. That is what yours look like to me, although I think it is somewhat unusual to have the partial discoloration, as on many of your quarters (also not sure whether TPG's would give the "improperly annealed" designation on these, since most of the ones I've seen are +/- fully discolored).
I did some reading up on improperly annealed planchets and the partially annealed ones are more rare but less collected. The reason I ask is because some have said this is damage. I dont agree. Sending in a few and will update with results

I've been out of CRH commission for months with a new job and personal stuff...
Decided to pull out 15 rolls of quarters from about 50 I've had in a box since earlier this year.
Found a whole bunch of beautiful MS specimens, a 2020 W V75, a 2012 S Puerto Rico (only 1.68 million minted), a newer toner and an absolutely lovely terminal toner from my birth year.
Only 15 rolls and that was so much fun!!!

Whew! Just got in from covering the duck coop with waterproof tenting, the garage waterproofed, generator running, and basement sump pumps cleaned and ready to go for this weekends soaking rains -

Last week out of $1000 face halves I got only one NIFC an AU 2004-p no silver - no varieties -nothing.
This week out of one $500 Loomis box I got
A 1952 franklyn - Two 1964 silver 90 percenters Kennedy's, two 1967 and one 1968 Forty percenters.
20 NIFC's with 5 2015-P' and 8-2015-D's, a 1987-P and a 1987-d and a nice BU 1979-D
Best box in month and one of the best ever for silver.
Oops- missed one also found a 1966 40%!!
