In other NFL news, the Carolina Panthers fired head coach Ron Rivera today.

Great......send him to Dallas for a try out.

@DIMEMAN will be more that happy to offer Jason Garrett as the potato. :p

LOL. I think DIMEMAN has already made french fries out of Jason Garrett.

Looking forward to some good NFL action today. It will be interesting to see if the 49ers drop a second straight game to the Saints today. Also looking at the Ravens vs Bills matchup, and the Chiefs vs Patriots. It should be a fun day.

    All great matchups!!

I'm watching the Ravens vs Bills game. The Bills uniforms are cool looking. I like the red. It just tickles my fancy. I'm hoping for a slugfest, we shall see.

Every team has its ups and downs during the long season. New England it’s wake-up call this time last year when they blew the “endless lateral game” to Miami. After that, they got their act together and won the Super Bowl. It will interesting to see if the San Francisco bubble has burst or if this is just a blip.

Ravens lead the Bills 10-6 at the half on a windy day in Buffalo. The Ravens are getting after Josh Allen. He's taking some hits today.

I fell asleep and didn't even log out last night. I think my wife has been drugging my chili lately, so she can take over the TV. Anyway, Seattle lost to the Rams 28-12.

I went to bed on it. It looked like a dull game with a predictable ending, and I was right. I don’t care for either team.

Congratulations Lamar Jackson, the NFL all time leading QB rusher!

The Ravens are off to a good start. They looked solid on that first drive.

  • doubledragondoubledragon Posts: 23,269 ✭✭✭✭✭

The Ravens looked great last night, as Lamar Jackson threw for five touchdown passes, and broke Michael Vick's all time season rushing record. The Ravens won 42-21. It's going to be interesting to watch this team in the playoffs. Lamar Jackson is definately the front runner for MVP.

Your lucky you can’t watch the Patriots, the Bengals are out playing them

  • BillJonesBillJones Posts: 33,997 ✭✭✭✭✭

The Pats are now up 20 - 10. I can’t see the game because the Tampa team is playing. Tampa is out of the playoffs so they are playing well, of course.

It is amazing that the same team that stomped Seattle on Monday night showed up to play at Dallas on Sunday. They maybe they misread the instructions for the game and sent the “Lambs” instead of the “Rams.”

Or a massacre in which the Cowboys have roasted eagle over their campfires. If the Eagles start off flat, like they usually do, it will be over quickly. The Cowboys came to life against the Lambs last week.

The Eagles might be that bone your friendly pup got.

Yes, the Eagles absolutely cannot come out flat today. This is a HUGE game. I just can't wait for this game! It's like the Super Bowl!

Do not worry Cleveland fans, everything is under control, and your team is making great progress, and they are really coming together as a unit. There is definately a lot to look forward to in the future of Cleveland football.

Pretend the Patriots, Bills, Ravens, Steelers, Texans, Titans, Chiefs, Packers,
Vikings, Saints, 49'ers, and Seahawks are not in the NFL and it does
kind of have a Super Bowl feel to it, doesn't it?
