On a somewhat related note, I have been picking up modern cards of my favorite player, Lance Alworth. According to the checklist I have assembled from a few sources, Lance had 33 cards produced during his career, and 602 cards produced since he retired!
Now that really puts modern card production in perspective lol

Right now, I have no idea where I stand so far with the collection. My collecting goal for this year is to get a full checklist of his cards and inventory the cards I have of Kaepernick so far. So far I've just been picking up cards I didn't have. Once I get them inventoried, I will post a percentage of the progress.
Two different variations of cards already in the PC. 2015 Prestige without "Extra Points" on it as well. Second, a base card without the "Chrome" designation.
At first glance, I thought I already had these cards. Sometimes, the very subtle differences in cards are hard to pick up/ recognize.
I already have a card with autos of both Kaep and Joe Montana. Very happy to add Passing the Torch card with Kaepernick's auto on one side, and Steve Young's auto on the other. Its numbered 8/10 (Steve Young's jersey number!).
Big Shout out to a fellow collector pudge27t!!! (He's a big Reggie Bush Collector).
He sent me these two beautiful cards for free! Depending on how the light hits the purple Prizm, the multi-colored circles appear like they are coming off the card! The Select card is super shiny also with a piece of jersey in it! Thank you pudge27t for such a kind gesture and helping to build my PC. I really appreciate that.

I don't want Kaep to play football anymore (NFL, XFL, or CFL). I'm hoping one day I'll get an opportunity to meet him though.
